Picturesque lake. Enjoyed a half hour boat ride. Many food stalls around. Maintained well. If you enjoy a ride on a galloping horse, go for it. The horses here look majestic.

Yes you can get parking space. However you need to find out proper place. If you go from 1st Jan to 1 March rush will be low as compare to rest of days of year.

Hi, With a limited time at your disposal, the itinerary seem okay. Ideally, one needs at least 2 complete days at Panchgani/Mahabaleshwar to visit important landmarks. CarLink

The itinerary seems to be quite good. A few suggestions would be: 1. There are not as many places to see in lonavla as in matheran. Hence you can spend more time in Matheran by going from Pune to Matheran and maybe spending a day at Matheran. 2. Bhandardara being out of this cluster of Mahabaleshwar, Matheran, Lonavla, can be dropped. In this way you can enjoy the rest of the three places without being exerted :) Hope this helps!
