Platinum Bench is a lovely winery on Black Sage Road in Oliver. As soon as we walked into the place we felt the positive vibe - complete opposite to our awful experience at Road 13 Winery. The owners are Murray and Fiona. Murray handles the wine tasting and Fiona bakes the lovely bread which is paired with the wines. We... More

Wine is average quality for the price, the bread is high quality and great value for the price. The ambience is a small building with a kitchen sized L shaped counter, and an outdoor deck with some seating that has a view over the valley. The owner when he is happy,...is very entertaining,...towards the end of the day when the... More

We stopped by to try the wines, but didn't know that you tasted the bread alongside the wines. Both the wine and bread were excellent, we bought some of both. Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere, you can taste indoors or outdoors. Tasting fee waived with purchase of wine.

Platinum Bench is a must do if you're in the Oliver area for wine tasting. Awesome service that's friendly and makes you feel welcome with top notch wine and great bread to boot!

We had such lovely time here! The wine, cheese, meat and pastries really compliment the people who work / live here. Classy and light hearted, with a ton of personality. Very enjoyable would recommend to travellers and locals alike. Oh yeah, kid friendly they LOVED the bread and feeding Wally the resident farm dog his treaties! The bread was so... More

I loved this winery. It is a great winery to hit, especially if you are wine-tasting at multiple wineries. The bread and wine paired tastings hit the spot. The bread is amazing and the wine is too. There is also a super cute winery dog - Wally I think?

A small winery that includes their own baked artisan bread pairing with wine tasting. The breads are as delicious as the wines. Another must see, smell and taste in Oliver!

We've visited many wineries and any time the two of us did a tasting they would waive the fee if we bought a bottle. This one required us to both buy a bottle to waive the fee and the wine really wasn't that great. They do serve bread which is nice but it's disappointing when the bread is better than... More

When we arrived the tasting room was quite busy for its size and we were asked if it was ok if we waited for a couple of minutes. I'm very glad that we did! All of the staff was great, but the lady who looked after us was amazing (I didn't catch her name unfortunately). She explained that there is... More
