Once we drove up the driveway and saw the clothesline we knew we were in for a unique treat. The name 'Rustico' was understood by the time we entered the tasting saloon. There we were greeted by Bruce the proprietor and given a liquid tour of his historical vision of Rustico. Wines were excellent, atmosphere incredible-loved it!

I found the experience to rustic for me. The wines were too dry for my palate though my husband did find the Last Chance enjoyable. I think there are many other wineries more interesting.

We always visit Rustico when we come to Osoyoos. The owner is lots of fun and so friendly. You can take your dog and kids. There are 2 resident dogs. My 11 year old also insists on a yearly visit. On the way out watch for the marmots. Great wine and wine jellies. Our fav is the box wine but... More

Visited this winery as part of a guided tour, and it was one of the best!! The wines weren't particularly exceptional, although I did enjoy a couple of them. The Atmosphere and service was awesome!! Such an interesting and unique place. Loved the western feel and tasting out of whiskey glasses was so much fun. I almost wish we had... More

Bruce is an awesome host. He has a VERY eclectic mixture of antiques and other curios in the place, but he has some wines that really kick it. I liked most of his wine, and his Zin and his Zin blend were VERY nice. Not a pretentious guy at all (unlike our recent trip to Sonoma) and it is enjoyable... More

We visited Rustico recently, tried the great wines, had fun conversation with Bruce. Lots of ambience. Looking forward to the bottle of wonderful wine that we bought.

La Rustico is a must visit. If not for the wine, for the entertainment, Bruce will entertain you with some of his country wit and may deputize you, as he is the sheriff of this winery. The rustic buildings, complete with a sod roof house and laundry on the line, helps create the the theme. A fun place to visit.... More

Rustic is a fun spot, they have lots of selection of wine to choose from, although most of it was unmemorable, the Zinfandel and Cab Franc Jalapeño dessert wine were terrific. Bruce was a fantastic host and was great at telling stories around the winery and it's western theme. It's a fun unique experience. A little off the beaten track,... More
