Six of us had a great evening spent at the Fort Borstal arranged by the excellent Ghost Hunt Events Team. Lots of weird happenings throughout the night and a very professional and non scary team of mediums led our group.

The Fort itself was quite interesting and made us thankful to those that had fought here in the wars defending us.

Great experience.

Was privileged to be shown around by the current owner who has spent considerable time clearing and refurbishing the site. Many things stick in my mind but the most memorable was the stairs down to and up again into the gun emplacements that look out over the river.

The visit centre is very inadequate no refresh, and no seating outside, because of the geography of the centre you are exposed to the weather, worst in the winter, with no shelter,
Staff are friendly enough,
How ever they could let us in early, but choose not to,
Avoid if you can,
