Rochester High Street in general a hopeless place IF you are in a wheelchair. A one step into a charity shops and or cafe/restaurants. Roadside curbs. I will not return. The street needs a kick by the traders. The area was scruffy and dirty.

Went to Rochester to see the Knife Angel. Then had a wonder along the High Street to look at the shops and other attractions. The High Street itself was absolutely filthy littered with rubbish and hundreds of discarded cigarette butts. There was also lots of...More

You may be looking for information leaflets, but walk down a bit further and there is a little hidden coffee shop with a small outside seating area. It's not the best views of Rochester, but you can see the back of the old buildings and...More

As none of us had visited this part of Rochester before we were trying to find things to do. We were underwhelmed by the information available! The Art display was good though.

Wow!! What a joy this cafe was. The choice of food was great and the cakes sublime! Coffee was strong and service...well...what a smiley welcoming lady who served us, she deserves employee of the year award, a real pleasure and fab representative of the centre....More

This large airy tourist office in the centre of the main street is always well stocked and with staff in attendance. There is a small shop within the building which stocks a wide array of tourist literature.
