What a truly fantastic experience! My husband and I booked a full-day tour with Alexandra as part of our honeymoon trip to Italy. And it was hands down the best experience we had the whole honeymoon! She arranged for us to visit 3 different vineyards and each was so unique. And we did far more than just taste wine...we met the wine makers, had lunch with one of the wine makers, toured the vineyard and facilities...it was all truly remarkable. Not only did we learn a lot about Brunello and Rosso de Montalcino wines, but we learned about the Montalcino territory and had the pleasure of getting to know three passionate wine makers who live and work there. Alexandra taught us a great deal. She is very friendly and clearly passionate about what she does. It was the best "excursion" of our 2 week honeymoon in Italy! If you want a truly genuine and unforgettable experience (and you like wine), book with Alexandra!

Alexandra gave our family of 4 an amazing day of tasting around Montalcino! One of our group did not like red wine at all and admitted by day's end that she really enjoyed herself. The care and attention Alexandra gave to the entire experience really made the difference. From learning how to taste properly, pairing food and wine and to delving into the culture and landscape, we learned so much. Alexandra had personality without pretension and shared knowledge without judgement for the uninformed - all of which was greatly appreciated. It made such a prestigious wine region so much more approachable. Can't recommend her enough.

Wow...this was the experience of a lifetime. My wife and I did a day tour with Alexandra on our honeymoon to three Montalcino wineries. She created an awesome itinerary with three totally different stops that were all amazing for different reasons. Alexandra is so passionate and knowledgeable about the wines. She takes you through wonderful and approachable tastings, no matter what your level of wine knowledge or experience may be. Highly recommend to anyone, you won’t be disappointed.

We did a single winery tour with tasting and lunch at a beautiful family winery. Alexandra was knowledgeable and patient with regional novices like us. We spent almost three hours learning about Brunello wine-making, terroir, regional history, contemporary politics and economics of the industry, and more. The pairings of various wines with the different lunch courses was an education in itself. Sharing a meal with a sommelier was not nearly as intimidating as we thought it might be! This will be a lasting memory from our Tuscany trip, for sure.
