It was a great day, spending time with Lesley and learning how to cook all the delicious meals. After the cooking was finished, we sat outside on the terrace and enjoyed the food, which was paired with the best of wines and just had an amazing time in Lesley's company. This is definitely one of the must-dos while in the... More

My husband and I completed the cooking course with Lesley in her home. It was a lot of fun and Lesley was a pleasure to spend time with chatting as we are our lunch. Wines either lunch were beautifully paired so suggest to upgrade to this option. Hopefully one day we can master the ravioli!

My husband and I participated in a cooking class at Lesley's home with one other couple and had the most fantastic day. Lesley was so wonderful to deal with from my first inquiry through the time she dropped us off at the end of the day. She brought in an Italian cook to teach us that day who was just... More

We spent the day cooking with Leslie. I chose her based on excellent reviews I read prior to visiting. I must say, this was one of the best and most memorable days I've had visiting Italy during my 2 week stay. Leslie is a fantastic host. She welcomed us into her home as we cooked some of the most delicious... More

We were looking for cooking lesson in the heart of Tuscany and this fit the bill perfectly. Lesley was extremely helpful for directions and on tips around the region for after our visit. The venue for cooking is a home kitchen in the Tuscan hills, back and beyond! Truly authentic setting and menu choices straight from an Italian family Sunday... More

This was a most memorable experience that we will remember forever. The savoury onion tart was to die for. So was the ravioli, the caprese salad with the buffalo mozzarella (I wish we could buy it in Canad), the rabbit and the topper off - the tiramisu. Lesley's house is in a beautiful location and it was wonderful to sit... More

A memorable day. Our family consisting of young adults and parents enjoyed talking to Leslie about her world travels and learning the Tuscan way of life as much as the cooking and eating! Leslie was flexible about the menu choices when we asked to include an extra pasta, and we think we may have finally learned to make the elusive... More

This was a wonderful experience with Leslie. it was a wonderful day of learning how to make pici pasta and the tart was to die for. The Vizsla, Gambo, was so friendly that I wanted to take him with us for the rest of our trip. Also the local wine she picked out was icing on the cake. Its a... More

Leslie was a great host - our best day in Tuscany. The experience was so memorable. I'm not a cook but loved the experience. The food was so good and we loved eating out on the patio with Leslie. We got to meet her Vizsla(can't remember his name) - we all love dogs. We all have tried the goat cheese... More

Five stars does not fully express how good our experience with Leslie was. Our family of five was staying at nearby resort this past month. Cooking class and lunch was one of the highlights of our trip. The menu options offered us the ability to tailor it to our preferences. As it turned out the goat cheese and onion tart,... More
