Premium food on a great location
We have been in this great restaurant many times and we have never been disapointed. Great local cusine, premium meat, fresh ingrediance and frendly service. All of that on a wonderfull setting among the running water , peackocks and ducks !!

    Beautiful views
We hired a car and drove here after I saw it being advertised by the locals on an online site. It is an amazing site!! Beautiful views and you can even walk through a tunnel (with water so you will need sandals). The water was so calm here but as it was a summer hot month, the waterfall had barely any water flowing down it but gorgeous all the same.

    To do
Do not follow the 7 springs sign at the 2nd parking lot which leads to a dried-up spring via a very steep path. At the first parking lot, go down the road a little and take the path on the right which leads to the lake and the waterfall. This allows you to avoid the (a bit claustrophobic) black tunnel with a stream in the middle. Nice walk

Excellent, you have to see the turtles in the water
We nearly didn’t visit here as someone said it was dry!! Thank goodness we didn’t listen and looked for ourselves. It was only a few hours but it was free and we loved it. You go up one side where the restaurant is and take a look at the ducks / birds / peacocks etc and then you walk through the stream and the tunnel that takes you under the road and out to the lake where there a turtles swimming & you can see the waterfalls. We paid for other things and got less enjoyment from them. I would highly recommend a trip here & would defo re visit when we are here again.

    A must
Absolutely stunning a must if you are visiting Rhodes, can be a tough trek at times as it's all uneven routes and steep hills, you also have to go through a tunnel to get to the springs which is dark narrow and about 6 inches of water. Once you arrive at the springs it's absolutely beautiful there are very steep steps if you want to stand at the bottom of the springs but it's so worth it. It's free to enter and id advise going early as it can get very busy. Wear comfy shoes you don't mind getting dusty and wet

Good for a stop off on a day out exploring other places
This is a good free activity if you are passing on the way to somewhere else. You probably only need an hour here. The signage isn’t great-we followed the one sign to the 7 springs and walked for 10 mins but then gave up as others we passed who were coming back said they’d walked for longer and couldn’t see them…we suspect because it was so hot the springs were dry. So instead follow the sign to the “tunnel”. This is a small tunnel with cold water running over your feet which you walk through to get to the waterfall. It’s about 200m long and is dark so take a torch or use your phone torch to guide you. It’s a one way system, so you walls through the tunnel on the way there and over the top via a footpath on the way back. Water shoes are best although barefoot or flip flops are ok too. If you want to avoid the tunnel completely then you can use the footpath from the lay-by before the main car parks to access the waterfall. Look out for the cylindrical stone “escape hatch” for the tunnel which is in your right as you are heading to the main car park. You can park by it, cross the road and enter the main footpath through the obvious wide skewering. Follow the footpath down, past the tunnel exit and you will come to the man-made water channel and waterfall where pictures can be taken. Cafe here too where water and drinks can be purchased and meals also served under the forest trees so plenty of shade.

    Disappointing
You can guess the site very pleasant ... when the springs are "water"! But the detour is not worth it in summer when they are dry, the ride is very short and quite dangerous (sharp and slippery slopes because of the dusty soil), the presence of a few peacocks (there are many more in Fileremos) is funny, as is the crossing of the small tunnel. But stop by the tavern, great!

Only if you have time to spare
Just like all Described entered the forest to see the 7 rivers. Fortunately, we quickly realized that everything had dried up. We took the tunnel, nice with your feet in the water. The tunnel is narrow though. After the tunnel a kind of waterfall. Cooling, though. Should we come back here? No, if you have time to spare, do it.

    Pleasant couple of hours
This is one of the sights recommended by the hire car company. We began by taking a path to the start of a 185 metre tunnel (this is a one way tunnel) which takes you to a lake. I would recommend taking a torch as it’s very dark. The water is about ankle depth. Then you can take a path to the manmade waterfall which can be busy and hard to take a picture of it without anyone getting in the way. There is also the several springs that you can see by following a path from the cafe which sells fresh lemonade. Probably only worth an hour or two of your time.

Expectations were not met, but still nice and scenic
I had high hopes for this place, since the company I hired a car from said, “it is the best thing that’s ever happened to Rhodes.” Some bits were lovely and scenic, but the bits I thought would blow me away (the waterfall and lake) didn’t meet my expectations. However, it was nice and there were some peacocks, goats and lovely lemonade! In the end it was lovely, but didn’t wow me like I thought it would.

There are some people bad mouthing these springs. What did they ever do to you? Let's deal with some facts. Yes, there is nothing beyond the very pretty waterfall, we walked 50 metres beyond and realised that was the end of the road. Secondly, the aqua duct tunnel is an experience, it is pitch black (use a torch or phone light) and your feet are in ankle height water. It was fun. The river from the springs connecting them to the waterfall is refreshing on a hot day and the backdrop made for very nice photos. We only drank milkshakes and wine from the restaurant and these were very sweet but still nice and not too badly priced for a tourist trap.

Bearing in mind, this attraction costs nothing unless you go to the restaurant, I don't get the complaints. Even the parking was free, so give it a go.

It’s a little bizarre that this is on the Rhodes tourist trail. Even more bizarre that so many people were jostling for position to have a photo in front of a man made waterfall that looks like something from my local sewage treatment facility (no smelly water though thankfully). The tunnel too, though kind of fun to walk through, is a bit like exploring a storm drain under a motorway (I say this from experience!). I was hoping to take a dip in the lake but it had a fair amount of algae floating on the surface so thought better of it! The cafe redeemed our visit though with fantastically refreshing lemonade and a nice seating area with roaming peacocks and goats. If you are planning to visit Butterfly Valley I’d say skip this as that is a similar but much more attractive experience.

I went to 7 springs on an arranged bus trip so we only got to spend an hour there. The tunnel is pretty cool - my 13 & 14 year old boys loved it - though at first we weren’t sure it was the right one and it is pretty long so had a heart in mouth moment half way through! It can get pretty Rocky so I suggest flip flops/swim shoes rather than barefoot.
After the tunnel we walked down to the waterfall, a nice photo opportunity and the boys played a little in the small lake happy that it wasn’t saltwater 🤣

The stream running through was almost dried up, though There’s been a recent heatwave so that’s probably to blame.

The paths are not well signposted so it’s difficult to know where you’re going, we took a punt on the tunnel and walked back just following the crowd.

We arrived at 9:30am, which I recommend as we were one of the first there and as we were leaving at 10:30am it was already getting really busy so I can imagine the tunnel being congested and the waterfall full of people.

There are toilets onsite and a restaurant though we didn’t eat there so I can’t comment on that.

All in all we enjoyed the hour there, but not sure we could have spent much longer as felt there wasn’t a lot more to do.

Located in beautiful area with atmospheric restaurants along the waterfall: clear signage. The most special thing for me was the old long narrow low tunnel where you can wade through a layer of water. I suffer from claustrophobia myself but by joining behind some young Germans with good lighting on their mobiles I followed them anyway: cool!! When you exit the tunnel you have a small lake with a kind of concrete wall with waterfall, you can walk back to your starting point via the mountain / parking lot with peacocks and musk ducks. Nb. no entrance fee!

A area with a lot of green and walking in the forest and nature! There is the option to park the car on the main street and climb the path to the springs or climb in the car and park near the springs in the parking space it has. You can see pagodas, ducks and goats everywhere! Next to the restaurant, you can see numbered the springs that pushes water through the earth which is drinkable! Next to the river, its water ends in the well-known tunnel with cold running water where you can cross it from inside or from above. Its end is on the other side of the springs where you reach the lake and the waterfall. A unique place to photograph! The area can be accessed by trolley or trolley apart from the tunnel and the spot below the waterfall. The area has toilets serving the restaurant and a playground for children. There is also a souvenir store and a big snake where you can see it for free at the bottom of the gift shop.

A tunnel (a sort of levada so your feet in the water) is quite long and narrow (bring your cell phone or a flashlight) leads you to a superb emerald green lake. At 50m, you return to the place “the 7 sources” (we did not see the 7 sources). From there, you can put your feet in the water again and go back through another tunnel. Once you have crossed the latter, you either continue your trajectory or you walk through the forest. Note that you do not have to take the tunnels but there is no marked route to reach the different places.

What to say! There is almost no water left. The site must have been very beautiful but that is no longer the case. The only somewhat nice place is discovered by taking the tunnel, with your feet in the water, to reach a small waterfall and a lake of stagnant water. In short, children might like it but if you don't stay nearby, don't waste your time!

Unfortunately, our stay in the restaurant after discovering the parrot made us really sad. The parrot had obviously already plucked out many of its feathers in the chest area. No wonder with this animal husbandry. It is kept in a small cage in the middle of the restaurant for amusement or as an attraction. In contrast to the peacocks, which were able to move freely in the outdoor area and even take food scraps from the abandoned tables. I hope for the poor parrot's sake that its owners change their minds soon. The area itself was okay.

... and very clean, we were very positively surprised about that (especially in Greece).
There are really dung buckets everywhere and the visitors should stick to them, which unfortunately is not the case for the most part in Rhodes.
The facility is very clean and relatively quick to walk through, but large waterfalls like in the Alps (eg Austria) should not be expected, but optimal for children.
You can drive to the car park at the restaurant or park on the main road and take the wallet path to the falls. There you need sturdy footwear because the bridge has collapsed and you have to bypass it.

We stopped at this place enroute to the Butterfly Valley, I’m glad we didn’t make a special trip.

The tunnels is a small, narrow but long dark tunnel, which is ankle deep in water. I wore sandals and was happy to get them wet but my friends all wore trainers and therefore didn’t want to wade through the tunnel and get them wet. If you don’t like small dark spaces this experience may not be for you!

Equally don’t expect a wonderful waterfall, this may be different at other times of the year when it isn’t as hot as it currently is and has been.

We did see quite a number of peacocks which was nice.

We didn’t eat or drink in the restaurant so can’t comment on this.
