Loved this beach because it was quiet even in August.. and the sea is beautiful.. it can be quite windy though, some days are worse than others, but you kind of get used to it.

You would definitely need sea shoes at this beach even for hardy people. There is also not much along the beachfront ie shops, cafes etc. It's pretty and largely clean but not even a walkway at times and no lights in parts quite close to...More

I would recommend sea shoes as its pebbly, but we expected that, the water was nice, its windy but then you are on an island. You can float for ages in the water ints beautiful.

There’s lots of restaurants and bars, supermarkets and small grocery stores all about five mins from the beach and some on the beach front. I don’t know where you are staying but I was at Alea Hotel so have a search around... More

The beach has lots of stones I would ask at your hotel where you can find a sandy beach or at least where you can hire a sunbeam on the beach
