About Rizos Cruises
Visit the stunningly beautiful village of Lindos by Boat. On the way to Lindos the boat passes the magnificent beaches of the East coast and ends up in scenic Lindos, at the little church of Saint Paul. There you will have three hours free time to explore the ancient Acropolis of Lindos, stroll through the maze of winding alleyways, or relax on the three golden beaches Lindos has to offer. On the way back our magical refreshing journey continues by stopping at Anthony Quinn's emerald bay for a swim. And then back to Mandraki Harbour in Rhodes.

Went on trip yesterday- 14th October - overall the trip was good. However, please be mindful that there is no social distancing - when booking we were informed due to Covid-19 that no more than 60 would be on board. This put our minds at ease and we went ahead and booked. His was certainly not the case and we were crammed in sardines. Then, another 20 or so people boarded at an additional stop - the cruise ship then resembled a migrant vessel. With more passengers than seats. The crew were quite clear to ensure masks were worn on disembarking to make it look as though social distancing is applied and compliant. In these difficult times and if you value your health, my advice is steer clear of this trip -putting passenger numbers above health.

We had a fantastic trip to Lindos with Rizos cruises. The boat was spotlessly clean, facilities were better than I have experienced elsewhere just because they went the extra mile (eg in the very spacious on board toilets there was a little hamper which you could help yourself to things like deodorant, wetwipes ect). There was a real personal feel from the team working there eg they came and spoke to everyone individually to tell them the plan for the day and a little girl had a birthday on board so they sang her happy birthday and bought her a treat.

An incredible day out to Lindos on this fun cruise where we met lots of interesting people onboard to chat with which was nice. Our trip started off with Anthony quinn bay which was spectacular and superb waters to swim in and snorkel. Then we stopped in Lindos which is one to see. Lindos is incredible and a spectacular spot to explore the Beach and the walk up to the village and to the main superb acropolis which is a must see. Lots of history was in this spot and restaurants to have a lovely meal and take in the views and tranquility of the bay. Money well spent and really an amazing day out which was memorable. They adhered with all the covid cleansing and waring of masks whilst in port and coming into port but once out in sea you can take it off. Till next time and well worth it.

This boat trip is a great way too see Lindos and have some nice swimming stops. The boat is clean and staff were friendly. Our only issue was that we were advised due to Covid there was reduced capacity and every other chair had signs on to keep within social distancing rules. This was however not the case, there was no way in which you could social distance as the boat was full to capacity and picked more passengers up at Faliraki. This wasn’t really an issue for us but for those who want to keep to social distancing rules, this boat is not for you.

This was a nice boat trip and good value at EUR30 per person. Boat itself was fine, fairly big and spacious. Room for everyone to sit albeit only a select few had sunloungers on the deck. Stopped off at Anthony Quinn Bay on the way to Lindos and Tsambika Bay on the return journey. It does not stop at Traganou Caves. Noodles for swimming are provided. I wasn't given any information about life jackets etc but equally, I didn't ask. There is some music but it isn't obnoxious, ie it's not a party boat. Plenty of families/couples/solo travellers. My one gripe with this boat company is that their stand in the port stated that the boat leaves at 9am. I arrived at 8.45 and it had left already, about 3 minutes earlier. I was able to take a cab and pick it up at Faliraki but at EUR20 this almost doubled the cost of my trip so wasn't thrilled. It you're leaving at 8.40, then you really should have that advertised on the stand. Lindos itself is absolutely stunning and I'd absolutely take a trip there again.
