Booked an airport transfer taxi for 4 passengers, requiring two booster seats for the two children. Booster seats are free of charge which was good. We chose the 'pay the driver' option and verified by whatsapp - simple process. Our flight was delayed slightly by about 15 minutes. The driver was there waiting at the exit as expected.
We had packed lightly due to the issues at airports at the moment and media frenzy about lost luggage. We had one large case, one medium case and 4 cabin cases (for the four people). We thought this would be less luggage than a normal family of four however the driver said that it is a lot of luggage and we should have requested a large car. We fit this all in a volvo XC40 in england. Fortunately there was another driver with him with a Skoda estate so they swapped cars. Friendly chatty driver. He said on the booking form there is a box on there, put in that a large car is required.
For the return journey we booked Rodos again. This time we included the number/size of cases on the booking form. again confirming by whatsapp.
10 minutes before the taxi was due we had a message on whatsapp saying the driver was nearby, he was just waiting for another driver to bring him a booster seat as the airport delays had caused chaos with the scheduling. He arrived in the 15minutes as advised. Good communication from Rodos to keep us informed.
No issue as I checked the airport arrivals list and it looked like the plane coming from manchester for us was at least an hour delayed anyway. Ended up being a 3hr45 min delay but that's another story!
My brother is going to the same hotel in a few weeks so we have recommended he uses Rodos Taxis

We we're a family of 4 with two adults and two daughters 17 & 3 years old, landing at Rhodes airport Sunday at 6:30am for a wedding. We had a pram and 2 large suitcases and 4 cabin suitcases and all of this was comfortably packed into the boot of a new Skoda SUV.
The Taxi driver was waiting at the airport with my name on a card and was prompt, efficient and very nice and had a great personality with lovely manners, we we're delivered in excellent style with great air conditioning and safe driving to our hotel.
The journey back to the Airport was exactly the same and our driver owned the company, l let him know that the website and communication was excellent and VERY user friendly, he had designed the website himself.
I would highly recommend this firm to anyone who is wanting an excellent reliable and safe journey to and from the airport.

We visited Rhodes for a week and booked our transfers to and from the airport with RodosTaxi. our driver Tony was incredibly helpful, and was waiting for us at the arrivals with a sign. He called our airbnb to confirm the directions and got us there very smoothly. On the return leg, our flight was delayed by a day due to some kind of short notice public sector strike - as I was reading the email from the airline informing us of this, I received a call from Tony who had also been monitoring the situation and he had proactively got in touch to organise amending the journey day/time. This level of service was above and beyond what I expected and we would strongly recommend RodosTaxi if you are planning to visit Rhodes.

This taxi company were great. They were the cheapest one in the area, you can book it all online, and they have a WhatsApp number so you can text directly with your driver. They picked us up from the entrance as soon as we arrived, took our bags straight away. They were very welcoming and chatty while we were in the car, recommending places for us to go while we were there. They dropped us off, helped with the luggage again and were very grateful for a tip. I was then able to book a return taxi through the WhatsApp number, and we had the same lovely experience with a different driver on the way back. All in all great service and will use again when we come back.

Booked return transfers to and from hotel from airport online after considering many options and was not disappointed. Our driver Valantis was extremely punctual waiting in arrivals and was very friendly and welcoming and for our departure was again on time again waiting outside our hotel. Would highly recommend as cars are nice and clean, drivers friendly and very good value for the service especially if you are travelling to resorts an hour from airport. Definitely would use again on next trip to Rhodes.

We used RodosTaxi in October when visiting Rhodes for our family holiday.
I booked our transfers whilst still in the UK 48 hours before Travel, Valantis sorted this over WhatsApp and confirmed the booking within an hour. when we arrived at the airport after a delayed flight our driver Kostas was waiting for us - we were greeted with a smile and taken to his car, Kostas was friendly and made sure we were comfortable for our hour long journey and told us if we needed to stop just to let him know and he would accommodate. Kostas was friendly, chatty and professional. On the way back to the airport we were picked up by Valantis again we have a great service, greeted by a friendly and chatty man, he was on time and dropped us to the airport safely. Both drivers were super friendly and made us feel comfortable throughout our transfer with them. I would not hesitate to use RodosTaxi again and highly recommend them.

First class service from start to finish.
Valantis was waiting at the front of arrivals with out name clearly displayed, an extremely pleasant and friendly journey to our hotel at very reasonable price. His vehicles are spotlessly clean and comfortable.
Great communication throughout to confirm our return and even suggestions on different pick up time to make our travel easier.
Would highly recommend and will definitely be using again. Well done Valantis.

Once we had booked our trip to Rodos, I started looking at best way to get from the airport to the city, as in the past we’ve had some long and expensive trips.
I first got a rough cost from our host and then started searching online. I quickly found Rodos Taxi, who had great reviews. I checked out the website and it was very clear. The cost was slightly below what the host gave me + they also offer a 5% discount if you prebook a return trip.
The service was great both ways and the driver who picked us up was watching the flight status as we arrived 40mins earlier, but he was there waiting for us. On the way back, the driver was right on time though the pick up time was in the middle of the new town on a one way street. It was a pleasant trip, we had a nice chat with him and he gave us a bottle of water each upon arrival at the terminal.
All in all, great service and i would highly recommend to anyone visiting Rodos.

If you are traveling to Rhodes, and in need of a taxi service I can only give a great review. The drivers were on time and friendly the car were very comfortable and got us exactly where we needed to go. This was very important as I was traveling with my elderly mother and sisters and wanted to make sure they were all comfortable and they were.

Excellent service, new cars and great price!
The very helpful and friendly driver was waiting for us at the airport with a brand new car fitted with child seats. He packed our bags and took us straight to our hotel - he even managed to avoid an accident on our way caused by another reckless driver.
Upon our return trip to the airport the driver showed up 5 minutes before the agreed time and packed our bags and took us to the airport on time.
I would definitely travel with Rodos Taxi again!
