We used RodosTaxi back in 2022 for our Airport Pickup and return - everything went smoothly. We returned to the same hotel in June 2024 but saw on social media that the prices at the Taxi station at the airport are cheaper than the RodosTaxi website so we decided not to pre book our airport pickup. It seems the taxi fares across the island are all set at fixed prices for transparency. We had no issues (at 11pm) walking to the station outside the main doors and grabbed a spare taxi and was able to pay by Visa. The day before our airport return we looked online for a pre-book option. We found one website at the same price as our airport random taxi and RodosTaxi was 5EUR more expensive. My previous booking in 2022 allowed to pay the driver cash but now it needed a card payment upfront. I would have preferred the cash option so you know they are going to turn up to get paid. We had no issues in 2022 so although it wasn't the cheapest option available and we had to pay by card, we still booked RodosTaxi. The driver arrived around 5mins early, loaded our cases up, was very friendly and chatty. Great service. I can understand that pre-booking an airport collection may be more expensive as they may have to wait for you if you delayed but these delays wouldn't happen with a hotel pickup so not sure why they are more expensive than the set fares. I'd definitely recommend RodosTaxi but there are slightly cheaper options available. 1star dropped due to no cash option. Extra info = the price of fuel was over 25% higher than the UK in June 2024 which was surprising.

We booked with this taxi company after reading so many good reviews and they did not disappoint. They were there on time and we travelled with a toddler which can sometimes be difficult to get a car seat however they had the correct one already fitted in the car for us each way. We had a minivan which was very spacious with air con. Drivers were friendly each way and helpful. Definitely recommend this taxi company and would use again!

I highly recommend booking with Rodos Taxi as an airport transfer as my experience with them was very easy and smooth, stress-free too! Both of my drivers arrived in plenty of time and were very friendly to talk to. We were recommended some spots during our conversation together so we kept tabs on that, and weren't disappointed! Big vehicles, clean interior, cool A/C, very punctual and courteous drivers. Excellent customer service! It was worth every penny and cent - thank you so much to the Rodos Taxi team!!

Can't recommend this taxi service enough! Our driver was really lovely and on the return transfer when they were running 10 mins late, they called us to let us know and apologise. A really reliable, friendly and cost effective service!

It's great. The driver was at the hotel 5 minutes before the agreed time and took us quickly to the airport. The ride was in a well-kept limousine. 20% of the price we had paid in advance by Paypal, the rest cash to the driver.

Rodostaxi was amazing! I made the booking online via their website. I decided to book my transfers with them because I needed a car seat for my 8 month old baby. The drivers were prepared with the car seat fitted and they were there ready and waiting to pick us up for both trips. The drivers were friendly and the cars were clean. E mail communication was very clear leading up to the day of travel as well. I would highly recommend :)

The drivers were very punctual, brand new cars as well. Very efficient and quick service. On our return to the airport, the driver seemed to be in a hurry and was driving very fast - that felt a bit uncomfortable when traveling with small kids in the car. Otherwise everything was top notch!

We were extremely happy with our driver, he was very easy to find, prompt and accommodating, and made the whole experience stress-free whilst giving us great tips for staying in Rhodes. We were dying for the bathroom after a long flight so he directed us through the airport and waited until we were sorted. We arrived right at our hotel door really quickly and smoothly.

A great service and wonderfully kind drivers. Upon arriving at the airport they were airing for us and happily took our cases to their vehicle, which was just 2 minutes walk away from the main terminal. During our hour long journey to our hotel the driver asked if we would like him to share some key history and areas of interest as we travelled, which we did, and his knowledge and information of where to explore was really helpful. During our holiday I contacted them to ask for an earlier collection on our departure day and they were happy to support and arrived 10 minutes early to collect us. I highly recommend Rodos-Taxi to anyone looking for a friendly and reliable transfer.

Everything was great, from Booking Referral to Pick Up. A reminder comes automatically. Very friendly and absolutely on time. Outbound: very friendly service from airport to hotel, tip top. Return journey: we had the pleasure of driving to Rhodes Airport with the Owner and learned many interesting details about the country and people.
