Made with care in our star-garden the guest can observe uranography, even find out how a live sundial works and see a static geographical compass orientation, and much more... Pass Evi-hotel and a small Roundabout. Continue about 350 meters then go right towards Liberia-hotel, on the left there is a Tennis court. After about 650 meters you will find a crossing (Profitis Amos Church) here take the middle street way, so you will find after 250 meters two yellow buildings. Passing by take the street right hand up the hill. Then turn left.

After a bit of a steep windey drive and eventually some road signs we found this fabulous place. Unfortunately the weather was not on our side but we they brought out a telescope and we were able to clearly see the moon and get pics...More

This was our 2nd visit & was still as amazing as the 1st time , we were part of the 1st group to go into the new observatory ,great job as usual thank you for a lovely evening

We stayed at the Astronomy appartments during the time the cafe wasn't open yet, but received a private tour of the Observatory. Saw the 2nd dome being built and rejoice with Stergos, who made his dream come true!

It's a fair old trek to get up the hill to the Café. Lots of astronomy related exhibits in the grounds. Climb up into the dome and have a look at the stars etc. Entry in €4 if you eat / drink at the café.

Hello. Today 18/10/17 last day of the season 2017. The observation today will happend from the garden for free without ticket. Take a taxi is better. We close at 22:30

Hello And I am sorry for the delay. The nearest Bus stop is by the church of St. Nektarios in Faliraki. From there are other 2 Kilometers to the Astronomy Cafe and you have to come your self or with a Taxi. Thank you... More
