MARK's BIKES has been operating for almost 15 years on the island of Santorini. It has been the effort of Markos to provide a premium service, with safety and value as his primary objections while renting his scooters, motorcycles and all terrain vehicles. Markos provides a full range of these vehicles, from the budget minded consumer to the premium high performance vehicles. It does not matter if it is for one day or several months, one person or 50 people, everyone is guaranteed our full attention and service.

Horrible experience, staff terrible, owner lied

Terrible behaviour! We went there yesterday to ask about renting an atv. Owner told us that there is no problem, enough atvs and we can just come today and rent. When we arrived today in the morning the woman there said that there are no available. Owner saw us coming and quickly grabbed his phone like he was talking to someone.

Went then a few meters further to Moto Empire where there was no problem. Quick and good service, kind and helpful sellers and cheaper that it would be at Marks bikes.

Marks bikes fantastic

Absolutely fantastic experience. Everyone was really friendly, very pleasant. We were given a bigger quad than we paid for because of having the two of us, which was perfect, and for a very small fee of €55 a day we explored the entire island of Santorini fully. We changed our minds a couple of times as to whether we wanted it or not and they were always eager to please. Great company.

This was a great way to see this beautiful island. We would highly recommend Marks Bikes. The staff are absolutely fantastic. So helpful and accommodating. Very reasonably priced. We hired for 4 days and practically saw every part of the island.

Total hassle free rental of a quad. Extended the rental twice without any problems. Really good price and excellent quad bike. I would highly recommend this business. Getting a quad is also a wonderful way to see the island.

The Best 2 wheels/ 4 wheels Rental Center from Perissa and all Santorini Island.
Professional Staff, Fair Prices, Kind and very Polite Owners.
We rented a Buggy for 4 days. Had NO problem. Everything went verry well.
We will definitely return for our next visit to Santorini to them. :)

best bike rental

Mark's Bikes is by far the best bike rental in the area. We did shop around and ended op at mark's where we rented a bike for one day but kept it for three!

Offers wide variety of rentals for every like and budget. It is all covered/insured and easy going on service.

They even supported us with maps, advise and direction to go around the most beautiful places on the island of Santorini. Which we covered all on our rental!

Thanks for an amazing service!

Poorly maintenance vehicles- with so many close options, choose another

We rented ATVs and had a number of problems that were safety concerns. First, the brake lights on one of our bikes didn't work, the ATVs did not start multiple times and the employee failed to tell us that the gas gage on one of our bikes would not illuminate when empty, leaving us stranded. When we told them about our problems they did not apologize and acted as though we should have known how to re install a brake light and use the kickstart (which they never told us about). With so many other companies close by to choose from, choose another.

Death Trap

Hired a quad through our Apartment from Marks Bikes. They weren't the cheapest but there was no availability from other rental companies.
They delivered to us and they were courteous and efficient
The quad however was very, very unsafe, both front wheels had excessive play in them and at more than 30kph the steering was very shaky and erratic.
We complained and someone came out to look but said it was no problem and tried to fob us off saying it was the suspension! I ride a 250cc green lane bike so I know what is normal and excessive play.
They said if we called back the next day they would exchange it but then the next day they said they still had nothing to swap it with.
So for most of our hire period the quad was not used and we would definitely NOT recommend anyone use this company

VERY RUDE, AGGRESSIVE AND BAD PEOPLE.

We booked a buggy & quad for 1 week.
The day before our booking we received a email saying the 800cc buggy was not available because of technical problems.
Mark instead offered us a 450cc buggy.
Yesterday (Monday 10th) a man from the company came to our hotel with the buggy. It was old looking, had half a tank.
He took my fiance driving licence (this was not in the contract) and our money in full for the whole week.
Today (Tuesday 11th) the man again comes to our hotel with the quad and took the buggy back. 1 of our helmets was broken and the tank was empty.
I sent Mark an email explaining about how disappointed we were with the buggy.
When we called them about the helmet he was very rude on the phone and told me if I don't like the buggy I can go elsewhere. The rudeness I received on the phone by this man Mark was unbelievable! I told him I am a paying customer. Then he said he will return my money back now and wants the quad back... which we agreed to as we did not want to do business with such an aggressive person.
Mark again sends his staff to pick up the quad. His staff then accused us both of stealing a helmet. When they only gave us 2. The staff from Marks bike then did not want to give us back our money for the quad and petrol also as we did not take a receipt from the gas station.
THIS BUSINESS IS RUN BY CROOKS!! RUDE AND VERY AGGRESSIVE PEOPLE.
Please do not book anything with them. You will find many other businesses who treat there paying customers with respect. Also better bikes/quads and buggys.
This company is NOT professional and taking your driving licence is not allowed at all!!!
Please DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THESE PEOPLE!! We have never been treated with such aggressive rude behaviour.

Poor quality - terrible service

So many problems with the atv. Kept stopping on Main Street which is seriously dangerous and no reverse on the bike so we had to physically move it so many times. Tried calling them when it broke down with no help. Brought it back asking for a discount and told us to give them the money and leave since they had to go back to work. So many options do not choose this place.
