We had Thanos as our guide and he was awesome! Super knowledgeable, really engaging, and really fun! 15/10 would recommend - be sure to ask for Thanos!! Also a great bargain as we ended up being by ourselves and got a free lunch out of it!

My wife and I went to Santorini for our honeymoon and spent the day with a wonderful guide named Thanos. He took us on a beautiful hike and shared his knowledge and enthusiasm for Greece's history and scenery throughout the day. We really could not have had a better experience, I hope to go back again some day. If you decide to go on this hike, ask for Thanos - you'll have a fantastic time!

Niko and Thanos are the best people for the role they play. They love nature, the island and its history and manage to convey their enthusiasm. They know anecdotes and particular corners, even ignored by the inhabitants themselves. They have also begun to offer slightly more challenging treks, on routes that are normally snubbed compared to the classic ones, now proposed by many. Very interesting and alternative routes, which open new perspectives and angles of this island, too often labeled as a stereotype of banal concentration for distracted and uninterested tourists. Human involvement is never lacking, given the great empathic characteristic of the companions! Good good good !! An historical turist from Bologna.....

The Santorini Wanderlust tour encompassing a walk through the villages Pyrgos and Megalochori culminating with a visit and tasting at Gavalas Winery was the highlight of my Santorini stay. As beautiful as Oia, where I was staying, was, it was a pleasure being away from the crowds there and having Kevin as our guide who made this a wonderful experience. He was so personable and and shared a wealth of knowledge about the region that we would have never gotten or sought out on our own. If we ever get back to Santorini, I would definitely take another hike with him.

Santorini is gorgeous and seeing it on the Caldera Hike is even more rewarding. My mom and I had the beautiful caldera to our left and Kevin to the right guiding us along. After starting out in Fira, it was like we knew Kevin from back home – he was so easy to talk to and super knowledgeable about Santorini. His love for the island and how much he enjoys the hikes were infectious. He was so friendly and even encouraged some of the other hikers that were along the path without a guide. He was a great photographer and pointed out amazing backdrops for our photos. Post hike, Kevin had arranged for us a table at the delicious Melitini, where were unsuccessful the night before in getting a table, which was an unexpected added bonus. With Kevin, the 6 miles went quickly, we would not have enjoyed it without him.
