Amazing place with amazing people

We have been to v-pub in Platanias five times in our stay here in Platanias from 2-21 of July 2019. Stelio’s, Johanna, Maria and Sofia is the most perfect hosts that we have ever experienced after traveling all over the world. It is amazing food, good drinks, they take very good care of both us and the children. They are always helpful if there is other things we need advice about and there’s always amazing service. One of the days we were there we wanted to take a taxi home instead of walking. Stelio’s insisted to drive us home. We can only say that this is an amazing place both for children and the adults ❤️😊🥰

RIBS!! And LOCAL BEER!

It’s a sports bar, yes. But the ribs is srsly the best I’ve had. And the local beer from Cretan Brewery was awesome with it. 10/10, would deff come back next time. Thanks for the service and hospitaliy!

Good bar for drinks & lunches....

We have just spent a week in Platanias and visited this bar for lunch a couple of times and also in the evening for drinks. Nice atmosphere and very pleasant staff. The food was very good for the price especially the club sandwich and chips!

Great pub and great owners!

I was in Platanias 3 weeks this summer, and V-pub had the same owners as my Hotel. So I was there almost every night before or after dinner 😀

Great pub, with the best people working there ☺️ You always felt taken care of!

They also have really good food. I ate more «snack food», but every one else I talked to was really happy. It looked great!

I def will be back here!

Fantastic Food and Service

We found this bar while staying at Minoa Palace for our wedding.
The staff were really friendly and the food especially the pizzas which were homemade were fantastic!!
Highly recommended and can't wait to visit again next year!!

Oscar's Fatribs - Platanias worst

This place advertise with "the best spareribs in Platanias"... This is by far the worst spareribs I have ever had! Only fat and small pieces of bone things. In adition the baked potato had a worm thing in it, but when we adressed this to the vaitress we were told "we just cut the potato, and put garlic butter".... The problem is that the thing came from a hole on the side..
Keep in mind that this is the restaurant in the 2. floor, I dont know how the pub downstairs is

Great Drink, Friendly Staff, Best WIFI in Platanias

This place has great drinks. The staff is so friendly especially the owner's daughter Anna. Also it's open late, so it's great for those tourist who haven't quite adjusted to the time change. Also as a bonus the WIFI worked the best of any place we went to in Platanias (we did not have WIFI in our villa). Highly recommend if you want to relax and have a couple of drinks w/friendly service.

For the good people only.....Such a friendly environment filled with warm welcoming staff. One of the only places that plays live music, in a beautiful setting. All live football games with a HD projector screen......
