Tyrolien was amazing, the team helped us so much, they thought us a lot about the nature, it was wonderful. The cascade was high, but it wasn't Niagara Falls :-)

It's maybe a 10 - 15 min walk to the waterfall. Not much else besides that. I thought the 5 USD dollar entrance was high compared to the standard in the area.

We enjoyed our walk to the waterfall. Some of the walks are up and down. They could use some repair since many people visit.

We are in our mid-60's. Our guide was very thoughtful in leading us to the top of the zip lines at Chorro Macho. He stopped frequently to make sure we didn't get tired and pointed out various interesting plants. The line crossing in front of the waterfall is long and steep. We were tethered to control the descent plus stop... More

If you are simply going to see the falls and not to use the natural swimming pool or canopy tour it's hard to pay $5 per person. You wouldn't need more than 10 minutes there. Talk to the locals about alternative ways to get in, we did and it was worth it.

The water fall is nice, but budget only a short time for your visit here. Walking the trails won't take you longer than 15 or, if you really walk slowly, 20 minutes.

We were brought here by a local guide after a morning of birding. So we were glad the walk wasn't too long or too strenuous. We had hiking poles but the reception area had a multitude of hiking sticks for those not having hiking poles. Narrow walkways with some steep steps but all was paved and the number of small... Did the hike with our 5 kids aged between 3 and 10 years old and they found the trail easy. It is a nice short walk. The waterfall is ok. $5.00 entry fees but children don't pay. It is an extra to go to the pool and the zip line which we didn't do. OK if you are in the... More

The location and pathway are unique. Pathway is made of cemented stones and includes about 6 short sets of steps, a couple of 'swing' bridges and one very narrow plank bridge. The available walking sticks to borrow are very helpful. Admission is $5. A nice quick walk to break from the heat. Wouldn't suggest taking very young children for safety... More

Nice walk to the falls, it can be slippery and narrow. Be careful when hiking. Nice on a hot day to cool down.
