Spent a month in Santa Teresa and had 3 awesome surf lessons with Audrey. One in the beginning to help me adjust on the fast waves; a video lesson where she shot great footage of each of my waves and a stunning last sunrise surf on the Bay side in Montezuma to finish things off. We even saw a turtle... More

I had booked Audrey for a Sup tour when I was in Costa Rica in a all women's' surf camp mid January 2017, and Audrey was amazing. Living in Ontario, Canada, I do allot of stand up paddle boarding, since we really don't have waves in our lakes. However the tour that Audrey took me on in the ocean was... More

Well, let me start with telling you the fact I never made SUP before, though I had did another kind of water activities before, I was a kinda afraid. But once in the water everything feels so nice and Audrey helped a lot giving me confidence on myself. She actually did all the job, giving good advising, guiding you through... More

Super fun day on the river with Audrey , she came to pick us up at our place and we drove for 45 minutes to playa pochote . We spend about 2 hours on the beautiful river with mangrove everywhere . We finish our day with the best ceviche ever and a beer by the sunset . Audrey is very... More

We had previously done both individual and group surf lessons with Audrey so our expectations were pretty high. Audrey did not disappoint. She took us on a beautiful river SUP tour near Playa Pochote. The banks of the river were lined with mangroves which definitely lent a wild adventure atmosphere to the tour, particularly as branches of the river narrowed... More

OK - this is my second review of Costa Rica Surf n SUP, because ownership has changed hands. Often that means bad things, but not in this case! Audrey has expertly filled Nick's shoes, and may even need a bigger pair! The surf instruction is top-notch. Audrey explains things in a way that is easy to understand, and provides just... More

From the very beginning, Tiffany was super responsive when it came to inquiring about the different SUP tours and surf lessons. We ended up booking two surf lessons (Playa Hermosa) and a SUP tour in the Manzanillo River. We are SO HAPPY about our experience. Audrey was our surf instructor (Nic was in the USA, and Tiffany had an arm... More

This morning it was raining, serious. I was so nervous as he had given our group a seriously unbeatable rate and we had five kids so stoked. We showed up, and despite the rain and muddy roads took us for seriously the most magical Friday morning ever! Kids smiling, laughing saying, "this is the best!". He made everyone feel comfortable... I surfed with Nick during our honeymoon in August, I signed up for 3 surf lessons for myself and SUP for the two of us. I have taken surf lessons other times on vacation but never 3 in a row, which I wanted to do to be able to put what I learned to use. The first time out, the... More

My wife and a mutual friend of ours stayed with Nick at his surf shack for 6 nights and in mid July. It was a great experience and would definitely recommend it to others. Surf: I had one beginner and a couple of intermediate lessons with Nick over the duration of our trip. We went to numerous spots and tried... More
