Just a wonderful ride to Tobacco Caye! Luckie and his little girl made this trip great! We were running late after lunch, but he waited for us! Picked us up from our airbnb and drove us to the boat. Luckie made a point to show us any rays that were swimming around! Will definitely be using this service again! Traveled in April 2019, but just now getting around to reviewing all the great businesses! Thanks again!

I booked a half day charter for 2 pretty last minute (the evening before) after the weather report looked decent for the following morning. Luckie was able to put something together quickly and Capt Beans and Danny took us to Beans' favorite snorkel spots. Both guides were very knowledgeable and friendly. We saw a green turtle, sting rays, a lobster, and oh so many colorful fish and types of coral. We found the coral to be in better shape and fish more plentiful than Hol Chan Marine Reserve up north. Plus we had the place entirely to ourselves and pretty long snorkels (40-50 min each). The time went so fast, I wish we could have snorkeled all day!

We (my husband, our parents, and sons 2 and 5) took two skiffs out with guides Beans, Dan, Berube, and Basil. The water was rough to start, but they navigated it well out to the cayes. We got to hand fish off the boat and caught red snappers, perouguies, and Jax fish- as fast as you could drop the line. We relaxed on idyllic Bread and Butter caye while the guides cooked up the fish for lunch-it was excitement. We finished up with snorkeling off the caye in shallow reef with beautiful coral and diverse fish life-puffer fish, sting ray, angel fish, etc. The guides were so great with our kids- helping them fish and swam with us while we snorkeled, Pointining out all the different sea life. The kids were instantly comfortable in the water. Thanks so much for an unforgettable trip!

What made our experience with Happy Go Luckie so fantastic was the guides. They grew up there, it is their back yard and they are knowledgeable and professional. Luckie, Basil, Beans and Danny and Clyde made our trips comfortable safe and a lot of fun .The equipment is sanitized in a bleach bath before and after use which of course was important and added to our comfort. The only downside was that we didn’t have more time in Hopkins to play some more!

My family and I took the BioL tour on March 12. My wife, son and I had taken the same tour during a previous visit to Belize a couple years ago. I wanted my daughter to share the experience. Luckie provide a wonderful combination of animal spotting, astronomy, biology and science as we toured the river and lagoon. It was a beautiful star filled evening filled with information on the constellations, the science behind the glowing algae, and local / cultural history. I look forward to our next visit.
