We met Julian on the Hopkins Pier watching the sunrise and visiting with a local fisherman. We got in touch and booked a 1/2 day island hopping and snorkeling tour along with a Night excursion. Alvin and Donovan were our guides and they were awesome. We stopped at islands, so birds, starfish, and Donovan found a beautiful shell to show us. He identified numerous fish for us and they both laughed at our corny jokes. We also booked for a transport to the airport from Hopkins and stopped off a the zoo! Do it! Book with Julian, he'll take care of you like family!

HIGHLY recommend this company for anyone who is looking for transportation in or around southern Belize. My husband and I wanted to do some hiking around Hopkins, so I emailed them and Julian replied promptly with a quote and additional ideas for some other excursions. We also used them for our shuttle back to the airport in Belize City. Very professional and the shuttle vans are exceptionally clean and comfortable. Thank you Julian and company for such a wonderful business!

We used Julian for transportation 3 years ago. Upon our travel this year we kept his information and used him 3 more times. BZE airport to Placencia and then when we left Placencia to BZE airport. Then while there I asked him to put together a custom trip that included horseback riding, chocolate tour, and a river tubing experience. He made me a quote and was able to put together the trip with only 2 days notice.
Here's the thing that gives Julian 5 stars. I've emailed and instant messaged him several times over the past few years with different questions about outings, sights to see, COVID updates. Julian was my Belizean "google" for information. He answered every time even though he wasn't making a dime off of it. And also, while we were in Belize he gave me names and numbers of a reputable local fishing guide to take my son fishing (and he made no money off that).
Julian drove us once and Jason drove us twice. Vehicles were comfortable and we always felt safe with them. Trust Julian!!!

Don't limit yourself from contacting them about a special itinerary. They can do so much more than just an airport pick up!!
We reached out for info about a custom tour to see two Mayan ruins (pretty far from Belize City) for our one day in Belize from a cruise ship. They made it possible and for what we felt to be a reasonable price for 8 of us.
We were met on time, put into a really nice van and whisked away for our journey. There were two families and everyone was very comfortable. Both our driver and the guide were friendly and answered questions and shared info during the trip.
We were met by a third guide (unexpectedly) when we got to the ruins. This was only a bummer in as much as we brought limited cash and felt compelled to give him some of the tip money we'd intended for Julian's crew. But he was very knowledgeable and we loved learning about the Mayans.
Our trip may have been slightly ambitious to get to both ruins, but they got us there AND we got back to the port on time. Yay. We missed lunch but no one cared because we loved the ruins so much....wish we'd had more time.
Julian and his team were professional and helpful...both during booking and during our trip. I'd recommend them whole heartedly and will contact them again on our next trip to Belize. Five stars from us!!!

My group and I arrived to believe city where Kalim picked us up. My flight was delayed by an hour and he waited. He told us about the area as we was driving and stopped to get some food. My husband is still talking about the place. He then took us on a tour where he was on time and stopped at different places we asked him to as we drove along the way. He was so helpful and friendly.
Our drive for our trip back was the owner Julian and was so nice. We were running a little behind. He waited for us. He still was able to get us to the air port on time. As we were driving he told us about places along the way.
When we go back we will definitely be using them again.

We had four couples who had a Villa in Placencia. We needed a 10 am pick-up on a Saturday in Belize City to take us to Placencia which is a 3 1/2 hour drive. Kalem, our driver, was prompt and accommodating along the way. Travis picked us up a week later for our return to Belize City. He also was accommodating for all our needs for the return trip. No one in our party would ever use any other shuttle service than Julian Transfer & Tours for our needs in Belize. It's like having a family member drive you on your tour or to your destination.

My wife and I travelled to Placencia, Belize, for a long overdue (by almost 45 years) honeymoon. We arranged round trip shuttle transfers with Julian Transfers in advance between the airport in Belize City and our accommodation in Placencia. On both trips from and to the airport, the shuttle was on time and the driver was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The vehicles were clean and in good working order. We can definitely recommend Julian Transfers.

We used Julian Transfers & Tours for all 3 of the tours we did while in Belize: the Biolumenescence boat tour, the Mayan Canopy ziplining, and the cave tubing/Blue Hole experience. I did a lot of research ahead of time and found their prices to be the best across the board, plus they had stellar reviews. We did not regret that decision! They were very punctual, showing up at our lodgings right when they said they would with a smile on their faces. The drivers/guides were always friendly and eager to help with anything. We felt that they were well-trained and knowledgeable. We especially enjoyed Peter and Hernando on the zip-lining; they went above and beyond!

The transfer from placencia to hopkins was very bumpy. The driver drove erratically and killed an Iguana on the road. We overtook near 10 separate cars on a single lane road, albeit common occurence in Belize was still not nice.
Plus asked for a refund 24 hours to booking, they honored it in the email but It's been two weeks and I still don't have my money back. The refund has just been processed by their bank and I don't know how long before I get it back.

Things could not have gone any more smoothly with Julian Transfers! They picked us up, dropped us off, the driver was so nice to talk to, and payment was processed exactly as described. Getting from point A to B should be the easiest part of a vacation and Julian Transfers really made that happen for us on our family trip.

I’m interested in booking in December for a girls trip and there will be 4-8 women. We’d like to snorkel in the blue hole, see the Mayan ruins, go horse back riding and visit the chocolate farm. Can you give me a cost break down and itinerary, where I should plan for pick up and what would be needed for food. Also is December a good time to come? Thank you!

If my memory is correct, they charged by the vehicle load (for us, 4 people with luggage). He wanted $125USA then he agreed to $100USD.
He did a great job, and on time, so I tipped him the last $25USD.
I recommend you take a walk around the vehicle and check the condition (tires, maintenance, etc.), one taxi we rode in seemed to be dangerously maintained.
