I visited the Pulha waterfall while staying at Lago Yojoa. It’s a short drive from the lake. The fall itself is nice but the facilities a little aged. I’d recommend walking to the base where you get a nice view up at the fall and...More

There is a nice swimming hole up stream from the waterfall with a picnic area, restrooms and changing rooms. Vendors sell quant souvenirs as well as refreshments. If you do not want to walk down the path to the waterfall, there is a trail for...More

This is the second most beautiful falls that I have ever visited in my life. They are really beautiful and it is worth the 80 lempira to enter.

We love the whole park, but particularly loved the zip-lining experience at Pulhapanzak. Great place to picnic, swim, and enjoy a day out in nature. The zip-line that runs over top of the falls was really the icing on the cake of a spectacular afternoon....More

Pulhapanzak Waterfall tour? (4 Replies)
Hi all, I'm hoping someone can help me. I'd like to visit Pulhapanzak Waterfall and the Lake on a guided day tour from San Pedro. Any recommendations for a tour company offering this? I've found one so far but they want to charge $150 US which seems rather expensive for a day tour. Any help would be appreciated

We rented a truck at SAP airport, drove to the D&D Brewery, where we spent a few days, and went there on our own. It was $20 for a guide and we had a great experience! We went behind the falls and did some swimming in a hole on the side of the falls. The park is nice, but walking behind the falls was the highlight. Maybe if you dont want to drive, you can hire someone to take you there. The D&D Brewery is a great little place to stay for a day or two.
