Siamo andati a visitare l'Acetaia con una visita organizzata dal gruppo del camping dove soggiorniamo e devo dire che sono rimasta molto colpita non solo dal luogo caratteristico, ma anche dalle spiegazioni che Irene (la titolare) ha dato a tutti i presenti in chiave comprensibile e coinvolgente anche per i bambini. L'acetaia è abbastanza piccola, ma si respira quell'aria di tradizione familiare e di storia che la contraddistingue da altre botteghe più commerciali. Assolutamente vale la pena spendere un'ora del proprio tempo per visitarla e deliziare il palato con gli assaggi che le gentilissime titolari ci hanno offerto e arricchire la propria cultura scoprendo un'arte antica eppure così contemporanea. Aceto di altissima qualità , consigliatissimo per un regalo esclusivo e unico.

Per conoscere antichi sapori ed un rapporto ancora onesto e lento con la produzione di questo favoloso aceto balsamico visitate l'antica acetaia. Cervarezza borgo tranquillo ai piedi degli appennini è il posto ideale per covare queste antiche batterie di aceto.

Piccola casa di pietra in un vicoletto di Cervarezza, colma di ricordi e di storia di una antica famiglia fiera delle proprie tradizioni. La passione con cui Irene ci ha raccontato dell'aceto basamico del nonno, ora il suo aceto, ha riempito di entusiasmo anche me e tutti i miei amici. Interessanti le notizie sulla produzione e la visita al sottotetto e squisita la degustazione offerta. non abbiamo potuto uscire senza acquistare. Complimenti a Irene e alla mamma e in bocca al lupo per la loro attivitĂ . speriamo di poterlo comprare presto anche in qualche buon negozio di Milano. cinzia

Questo è il vero aceto! Prodotto seguendo l'antica tradizione tramandata da generazioni. Io personalmente preferisco quello invecchiato 20 anni ma è solo un parere soggettivo. Collaborando con molti ristoranti ho trovato molti impieghi nel suo utilizzo e molti consensi da parte di gestori e clienti che sono rimasti colpiti dal profumo e dal sapore unico di questo prodotto che non mancherà mai nella mia cucina e nelle cucine con cui collaboro.

Sono stato a Cervarezza Terme l'anno scorso per caso. Abbiamo visitato l'acetaia dopo aver visto le indicazioni nel paese. E' un posto affascinante un po' fuori dal tempo, tutto il pietra e legno. Da vedere! Abbiamo anche assaggiato gli aceti balsamici, davvero buoni. La titolare è gentile e disponibile, racconta e spiega la storia e il procedimento dell'aceto con passione. A fine visita abbiamo acquistato alcuni prodotti da portare a casa come regalo.

Finalmente un aceto balsamico.. il vero aceto balsamico che nulla ha che vedere con quelli che si vendono al supermercato.. un gusto inteso diverso dagli altri.. mi sono sentito a casa andando a visitarlo.. direi ottimo.. questo è il vero aceto balsamico.. ne basta una goccia per assaporare l intensità … bravi veramente
