Challenging golf course

A cart is helpful for the first nine although I did walk it. Challenging holes with water in play on several holes. Back nine easy to walk.

We tee'd off at 1pm on a Saturday and everyone at the club house were great. When we got to the 10th hole we caught up to a group of 6 ppl playing. We didnt want to be rude so we went back to the club house for a mid game drink and food. We returned to the couse at... More

My wife and I chilled out at The Vintage Golf Club in the bar/lounge with an express our martini followed by a couple of Belgium White Pale Ales. A snack of some mouth watering calermari, tasty pork spare ribs and a side of well cooked chips. Great place to chill out on a Sunday afternoon sitting by the fire place.... More

They promote Greg Norman who designed it years ago and it is challenging and tough with lots of water and bunkers everywhere. However it is very run down with mud everywhere and dirt cart tracks in places. Not an attractive course that has seen better days. Pro shop staff were friendly but very disorganised. I have played much better standard... More

The golf course is very good quality. I played on a Friday which was a bit cheaper compared to the weekend and really enjoyed what is a reasonably difficult course. The package allows you to warm up at their range before playing and they have golf carts for the course. The course was really fun and the greens were well... More

If your a serious golfer do yourself a favour and play somewhere else. As a golf course it has potential but unfortunately they let just about anybody play. I had to play behind a six ball of drunken louts ,only getting to play 14 holes in a six and a half hour period. Not what you expect for a fee... More

We had morning tea at the coffee bar which saved us having to go into the restaurant for a full breakfast. The coffee at the Vintage was very nice. The tea not so. When will these places wake up to the fact that quality tea should be served loose leaf and not a tea bag. The bacon and egg wrap... More

A great golf course that is a true test for golfers of all abilities not to be missed when touring the Hunter Valley region and you need some time away from the cellar doors! We had a 2pm tee time and the course was empty, truly Millionaires Golf.
