Beautiful beach with white sands. Great for a sunny day, with nice vendors and great bars. Just be aware of the corals at the sea ground. Tread carefully.

If your looking to save some money sit under an umbrella and enjoy the sun then this is a pretty good beach. Its very busy with the locals, lots of people selling you stuff and your crammed all together. The coral makes swimming a little difficult as you have to wind your way thru the areas that really hurt you... More

Mucuge beach the first beach when going down from mucuge. ..the barracas are not as sophistication as the ones on parracho or pitinga. ..but they are cheaper. Tri boa and la plage are for me the two best ones (in différent styles). For those Who like to swim. .the water could not be deep enough at some time of the... More

We love this beach. It's very beautiful with nice scenery. The beach has nice beach bars. Go visit this beach in the morning.

Okay, so I was here in the off season (winter) and I am a wiener and the water was too cold for me. It did not stop others. I parked myself at the last beach bar, La Plage. Having caipirinhas and eating the grilled fish for lunch and I was in heaven. This is the barranca to eat at.

Mucuge beach is a nice beach, relax and very beautiful. If you have a chance to wake up early in the morning you can see the coral at low tide in this beach. I would recommend as a nice experience. Somenthing you can always do there including in the low season is Kayak in sea. (Not that expensive). In the... More

There are many places you can buy food and drink at your table. That is the only way to get onto the beach if you want to just sit. The first place we went to told us they only take cash or debt card. This was bad information just went a few feet to next place and they took credit... More

The beach is a bit crowded and therefore not as clean as other beaches in this region. But it's nice to spend an afternoon there and have some drinks and food in one of the restaurants. I would recommend you to go to another beach or if you have enough time you should visit Praia do Espelho, a very long... More

Arraial's home beach, Mucuge is not that different from the others. Beautiful coral reefs build a natural barrier against the force of the ocean. On the other hand, this is by far the most agitated beach within reach, and the bars around don't make you feel comfortable.
