The good: - Free bus shuttles to the casino, surprisingly on time - No smoking - Clean - Lots of slots and poker machines - Friendly staff - Free play for new patrons The bad: - Return shuttles are $5 unless you gamble up to 25 points and were an hour late. Some shuttles didn't run at all. At 10PM... More

New Yorkers don't have to leave the State for a gambling experience anymore. There's plenty of free parking, access to public transportation and a choice of live Horse Racing and Casino gambling. There is a extensive food court and live entertainment. You don't have to gamble to enjoy yourself.

Plenty of parking, good food court, the casino part (gambling area) machines are OK but I believe they can do better job with sorting out people like hustlers trying to sell you stuff while you are trying to have fun... Over all it can be a fun experience just don't go there Friday nights that's when this place turns into... More

Seems they cut back on cleaning and repair crews. At 10 am, the game consoles were still littered with food crumbs and stained with bodily fluids from yesterday's sneezing and coughing users. The baccarat machines which should deal real cards were out of service or in virtual mode waiting to be repaired.

Visiting place time to time, at first it was great, not only because of gambling experience, then they got rid of buffet, coat check (imagine winter time you have to carry you coat, or people from JFK to carry or drag their luggage), then they provided free shuttles from all parts of NYC, then they change some to buses upon... My sisters and I took decided to take my mom to the casino for Mother's day. Since she loves to gamble we figured it would be nice outing. So we traveled from NJ to NY to go & paid about $20 in tolls. It was 1hr 30 min ride thats with getting stuck in traffic. The casino design was standard... More

Months ago I was given a few giftcards for resorts because of a ticket purchase mishap When I recently went to an amazing show there I tried using the gift card in the food court, but the cashier said they could not take it because of a gliche in their system; well they wouldn't accept it for drinks at the... The Resort World Casino 360 bar is Awesome. Great performance from the dancers in each side of the stage. The music and sound at this place is amazing. comparing with other bars in NY the drinks are affordable. The bathrooms are very clean.

Visited Resorts World Casino at Aqueduct after about a year absence. What a disappointment ! A great many of the slot machines are not fully functioning. The buffet and a number of other restaurants have been closed. The food court is marginal at best. There seems to be a shortage of security, slot attendants, slot repair, and cashier personnel. I... Visited the casino while spending the night at a hotel near JFK. While they did have some new machines in the casino, most were old machines that the more active casinos must have disposed of. Aside from the gambling, we wanted to eat at a restaurant, but the buffet didn't open up until 5 PM. So we settled for the... More
