We took this tour today from Holbox. They don't tell you ahead of time that there is a ten peso admission cost and they don't have change. It is cool water, but as far as cenotes in Mexico go we've seen alot nicer. There are...More

After a 1/2 day of travelling by boat to see birds on protected islands, it was nice to stop and swim in a fresh water spring.

This place is awesome!!! I wanted to be there all day! The water is so transparent and warm, and there are a lot of fishes there.

We visited the lagoon for 40 mins as part of a boat trip. Worth the visit to have a swim. We also saw a small crocodile next to the jetty.

Part of the classic tour. Refreshing on a hot day. Was crowded the day we were there. Toilets are primitive, but usable if you gotta go. If you bring a snorkel try to find the source of the spring, you can see it from above....More

The tour is by boat so unless you have a boat I would think tour is the best way to go- only 20-30$ USD per person. Think I paid $800 pesos for the 2 of us. You can sign up for the tour in el centro de holbox - there are... More
