While in Agassiz on a rainy day I decided to stop at the museum. They were just finishing a renovations. They have a little soveiner shop, visitors center and museum. There are items from the local area and CPR artifacts. I was interested because my dad worked on the railway

The agassiz miseumis staffed by very knowledgeable volunteers. The museum itself is fresh and tells a great story of Agassiz’s history.

The museum holds lots of local information on the area and railroad history. The little gift shop in the Museum has several local crafts. The workers are very pleasant and knowledgeable about the area.
