Rhyl SeaQuarium has an open seafront location and sits on the beautiful North Wales coastline. We would like to welcome all new explorers to join us on a voyage of discovery as we travel beneath the waves, from tranquil fresh waters to the cold depths of the abyss. Along the way we will encounter the strangely shaped sturgeon, as well as sharks found off our very own coast and rays that glide effortlessly through the water. We will also find solitary lobsters, conger eels and mystical axolotls before entering the Lethal Reef, home to some of the most poisonous animals on our planet. These are just a few of the amazing, strange and beautiful animals that await us on our adventure.

We visited the seaquarium as part of a day out. The admission fee was a bit expensive for what you got inside, the place was dark and needed some restoration and the seal feeding session was disappointing. An ok half day out to get out of the rain

We paid a little extra to do the "behind the scenes tour" which was £3.50 each (not £2 as per the website). We spent about an hour on ourselves and saw one of the shows before having lunch on the beachfront (you can go in and out all day) and returning for the tour. It was just on the tour... More

My son loves the seaquarium however were done after 10mins. However we try and drag it out but we're never hear for more than an hour max and that's a good day. I personally think it's a bit over priced.

I took my 18 month old grandson to see the fish. Sadly there is a lot of algae on the aquaria making it hard for him to see the fish. Not much to see anyway. He did like the seals.

On holiday with two of my grandchildren, both aged 6, so decided a day at the seaquarium would be a good choice! It was "just ok", definitely not what I expected! Considering what was on offer for £28 for one adult and two children, I'm sad to say I don't think it's value for money! Even the seal lion show... More

On our holidays in rhyl we decided to go to the seaquarium ,it was really fun the kids enjoyed it and so did the adults, not a bad price for what you pay for. Also the cafe was clean and good food , would highly recommend going.

We decided to visit this aquarium as the weather in the morning was very wet we were not disappointed. In a small space their are many different sea life animals. The space is small but did not feel overcrowded once past the entrance. We especially liked the sea lions outside enclosures. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed this aquarium.

This was very disappointing. In and out in less than an hour for a lot of money - £35 for family of 4. Whilst it was great to get out of the rain, the displays didn't look clean and their were no shows or events taking place. The only good thing, according to the kids, was the gift shop.

The complementary guide did not make up for an overpriced attraction with little.to see. It's small, poorly maintained and quite run down. Disappointed and made for a very brief excursion.
