Bit disappointing, looked like it was going to be a local artisan gallery, but lots of other stuff including discounted books.

Hi Cathy - thanks for your comments, all feedback is really useful. I took over the business last autumn and am gradually introducing some local artworks which have proved popular, but we also have our very loyal customers to consider who return regularly to purchase some of our quality framed art prints, gift stock, jewellery, and the bargain books are... An amazing art shop located in an amazing city. The paintings in here are immaculate and pay great attention to detail and several of the paintings are in the Kilmory Inn which I previously visited and have reviewed. Though the paintings can be very expensive it is definitely worth buying one

Tighnabruaich is a charming small town that has a number of little shops with quaint local arts and crafts. There is always something nice here as a reminder of a visit to the area. This is right on the "high street" short though it may be!

We visited this gallery whilst on a short stay in Tarbert. It is a bright establishment and we loved the selection of paintings which really were positioned to their best advantage. I recall stepping through a doorway and my eyes being immediately drawn to one side, so striking was the the painting, and that led my eyes round the rest... More
