We called in here on our way to Katie Fitzgeralds, lovely frienly pub. Great cheerful service from everyone. We called in on our way back to our hotel and they had a local solo singer guitarist on who was great. Will call again next We are down in Stourbridge.

Well earned it's place as CAMRA pub of the year for Stourbridge & Halesowen district

The staff here are all very friendly and know their beers. Jo always has a couple of dark beers on. A varied selection of guest beers are available from up and down the country. You will always find a good pint in The Queens! Without question, Stourbridge's best real ale pub for variety.

Great beer and a great welcome
Oct 2020
Was visiting Stourbridge for the weekend and popped into the queens head for the beer and football. 10 real ales on hand pump I was in heaven added to that was the welcome and service from Jo and staff. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the queens head will certainly pop on for another pint before I head home!

Not overly friendly

The pub itself is lovely. However, the manager isn't so lovely. Avoided for months and won't ever return.

Won’t return

Nice pub however the service is shocking. The older barmaid has no customer service skills what so ever, she’s rude and has no manners at all. Won’t be returning based on her service.

Lovely relaxed visit
Jul 2019 • Friends
10 ales & 2 ciders. They were lovely ales.

Tennis showing on the tv.

Pub was nice & quiet, how I sort of like it, so here you can feel relaxed in.

Dart board right hand side of main entrance, same side as TV.

Cobs with salad available.

Skittle alley in the back garden.

Close to number 8 bus route from Stourbridge.

Lots of beer mags to peruse.

Some games up on fire place to relax with too.

An absolute transformation, the best selection of real ales in Stourbridge
Apr 2018 • Friends
This pub has been transformed, don't be put off by how it was beforehand. There is a good 8 or 9 real ales on tap, 3 from Black County Ales and several changing guest beers. The beers are fantastic, I have not had a bad pint here. This has become our local in recent months and is gaining popularity. It is quite expensive but the quality warrants it. Very pleasant staff. The only thing that lets this place down is the toilets. They have updated everything about the pub except for the toilets. Try this place - you will not be disappointed. They always have a stout on, not just pale ales and ambers like some places.
