Took the grand kids 5 & 3 yrs old, great place for them to run around and let off steam, building was very cold, so take a jumper or blanket. Very extensive menu reasonably priced, but the food service is slow, kids ordered chicken goujons but would not eat them as they were so tough.
Nevertheless good place for a rainy day

Never visited the soft play and went with my sister and her kids when I was up home visiting the family.
Coming off the main road you wouldn't think there was a soft play there but keep following the signs and you will find it. Entrance is half price before 10am so we paid £2.50 which was really good value. It was empty when we arrived and the kids had great fun playing in the football area before venturing onto the slides.
It is well laid out and not too cramped with areas for different age groups around the room. There are lots of tables around the room for adults and the coffee, drinks and food are reasonably priced.
Would recommend for a visit. Better than most soft plays in the area - check it out.

Been to crackers soft play in haltwhistle a few times my 18 month old really enjoys climbing around exploring and having lots of space. It wasn't to busy today either which is nice we have been before in school holidays and it was really busy. Food is nice plenty of choice for young and old. We will definitely be going back.

Three year old loved this place. Great place for kids to let of some steam on a rainy day . Great choice of food and drink at the cafe which was very nice too. Soft play and facilities kept very clean. Overall very impressed and I am thinking of booking it for my child's birthday party.

Took my children today
On my own, looking after two children, one of whom is only 10 months, I needed somewhere where they were safe and I was comfortable.
The staff were great and helped me get sorted. I had a table and sofa next to the baby area but such that my daughter could see me from the main frame
Once settled I ordered food. A great minute steak sandwich with onions and a delicious salad (not just a bit of soggy lettuce and cucumber like some places). my 5 yr old had 4 favourites, bread sticks cucumber ham and grapes
There was no problem using our own food for the baby. We were certainly not made to feel uncomfortable .
Eventually the little one needed to be changed
I'd forgotten how good the changing facilities were. The changing matts have high sides to stop rolling and a table area underneath to store "bits"
It really made it easy
We all had a great time and were glad we'd gone back.

Took my 5 yr old daughter along on Saturday for a late afternoon play and a chance of the adults to have some food.
The venue is excellent for my daughter. Plenty to go on but always enough space and not too crowded.
We ordered a little picnic for her (ideal for a fussy eater 4 items we knew she would like) we also ordered for ourselves knowing that this would effectively be our evening meal.
The chef was very accommodating varying my meal to fit with the diet I'm on (no bread with the burger, jacket potato not chips etc) and there was plenty for my "not easy to cater for" wife.
This was served with great fresh brewed coffee and tea.
For pudding we tried the home made chocolate cheesecake which was to die for.
Sadly this is probably one of the best food outlets in Haltwhistle and you can only go there with children and they shut at 6 but we all left happy (exhausted in my daughters case) and full.

Good for the little ones as they are running around. I found it cold when just sitting watching kids. Come well wrapped up.

I visited here with my daughter and her two friends, we did have a good day, however disappointed that the big slide only opened twice during our visit. When I questioned this, I was told it couldn't be open all the time as the girl who opened it, also had to serve on the food counter, cover breaks and clean tables. A bit disappointed by this, as I felt it should be open all the time.
