We did the maxed out tour. First a 1,5 hour tour of the +1000 acres of landm nature and endless vines. The beautifully layed out vineyards and the details in their herbs/flower gardens. Christian, our tour guide was very attentive and could answer all our questions and showed us all the lovely spots. After the tour we had an even more fantastic experience with Es Fangar's fully biological spectacular wines, olive oils, salts and nice charcutterie. All guided by the friendly and good laughed Daniel! The contact for setting this whole day up was excellently performed by Gabriella who was, from the beginning, super enthusiastic for planning this for me and my family. Once again, all from Es Fangar, thanks a lot for this fantastic anniversary!

A personal, luxurious experience set in the middle of gorgeous vineyards at Casa Hercules. The setting is dreamy, the food spread and table setting divine, the winetasting like a relaxed private lunch in the country. Don’t miss the Hanoverian horses tour or the TwentyTwelve Rose! We take every visitor to Es Fangar no matter what time of year, because it truly is heaven.

What an absolutely stunning place, we stayed in the Villa Mallorquina which was a little bit of paradise hidden away in glorious gardens and surrounded by all of Majorca's wonderful nature. So beautiful decorated inside and out and so very peaceful it was perfect. The whole grounds, the vineyards, paddocks and acres of land were just amazing. All the staff so very friendly and helpful. This was a fantastic and most enjoyable and relaxing holiday and worth every penny. Would definitely go back, we loved every minute of our stay. Thank you all. Xx

Hello Mr. and Ms. Steer, it was our pleasure to have you as guests in Es Fangar. It is always wonderful to have guests who enjoy their holidays in one of our Villas. In fact the Villa Mallorquina is a little paradise hidden in a very special area of Es Fangar. The Villa touches one of the oldest pine forests of the island and the atmosphere and smell of the trees put a very special spell on this place. Many thanks from the entire Es Fangar staff and especially from Daniel, Christian and me. We hope to see you again in Es Fangar, Kind regards Gabriele

I contacted Es Fangar looking for a special day for my dads 70th Birthday, who is a wine buff. The emails back from Daniel gave me all the confidence i needed, to know i had found the right place for a perfect family day. We were a party of 9 ranging from 5 to 70 including adult non drinkers, i must admit i was concerned i was booking this for my love of both wine and horses but it was a total hit with everyone. The tour had everyone interested, the horses are beautiful and so well cared for (yes the husband is going to have to admit my horse demands at home are nothing compared to these facilities), the children were encouraged to get involved looking at the planting and wildlife. Then the lunch and tasting - a beautiful setting with fantastic food and wine but the best was the inclusion of the children and non drinkers. They got to taste the grape juices that are made but with the same attention to detail as the wine tasters.Just when we thought we had had the best day a cake was presented to my Dad with 70th candles. I hadnt asked for it, it was all their idea and that will always make our memories of the day so special. I really dont know what more i can say, if you are reading this and thinking that you have children and not a family day out you are very wrong, It is a day that all my family will cherish forever. Thank you Es Fangar family xx

Dear Debbie, thank you so much for your wonderful feedback. For us it was a honor to host your family in Es Fangar for this very important day. It is not very often that we have a 70 birthday celebration. Especially children are very welcome in Es Fangar. Many times parents are worried if children will stay calm 1,5 hours on a roundtrip. In fact we never had childrens who did not enjoy seeing the wild life and horses in Es Fangar. Also for the tasting we found out, that children enjoy very much to have their own tasting of grape juices. We are very happy that you liked the birthday surprise cake and that you will keep this special day in your memories. Many, many thanks and regards to your entire family! Saludos also from Daniel, Christian and me, Gabriele K.

My wife and I went here with two friends, after our son and his wife recommended it. Part of their recommendation was to take a taxi rather than drive ourselves; it was good advice! We were met at the entrance by the manager’s wife Gabriele who then drove us through the estate, explaining how they produce their wines. We arrived at Casa Hercules for the wine-tasting, which is positioned in the middle of the vineyard, and were presented with a table set with tapas and the required wine glasses. Our tour was the “Classical” so we tasted three wines. Not driving yourself is good because you get glasses of wine not sips. She also had their olive oil and almonds for us to try. The wines were great (our favourite is the 2012 Rosado) and Gabriele was not only very informative about them but also a great hostess and we had an extremely nice afternoon in her company. She was also very forgiving when I accidentally knocked a half empty bottle on the floor. At the end she drove us past the stud farm and told us about that too. We finished back at the entrance by which is located a small shop. Not surprisingly we bought some wine, oil, and almonds before leaving. It was the best tasting we’ve ever done (and we have done quite a few), and we’ll probably do another one next time we’re in Mallorca. Thank you Gabriele!
