We had an amazing full day Prosecco wine tour with Chiara. She worked with me to plan the perfect day for us, including multiple stops at vineyards, tours through cellars, and a spectacular lunch with a view of the Prosecco hills at an agriturismo. Chiara is extremely knowledgeable about the wines and area and taught us so much. They arrived early in Venice to pick us up in a very nice Mercedes van. It was a fantastic experience - I would recommend Chiara and Asolando tours to anyone and everyone looking to plan a special day (or a few).

We have just returned from an exceptional 6 day trip to Venice, Florence and Tuscany (July 2022) which was coordinated by Chiara Ballestrin of the small company Asolando - who we connected with through Zicasso. Amazing!
Our trip was tailored and supported by Chiara at Asolando. Everything from accommodation (beautiful and well located hotels), to travel and transfers in Italy, to restaurants and tours were smoothly coordinated.
Chiara was very responsive to our needs and a great communicator. She made sure that we were in good hands and that all of our connections happened seamlessly. We made a number of changes in mid vacation and Chiara helped with and coordinated these courteously.
Particular highlights were the Venetian Mask workshop while in Venice, the Fiat 500 self driving tour of the Tuscan hills outside Florence, and the visit to the historic hilltop town of Volterra to explore the home of the (Twilight) Volturi vampires!
Though not an inexpensive vacation, I would highly recommend Chiara and Asolando for a lovely and hassle free Italian holiday.

Such a magic! Asolo and the surrounding land of Treviso, Possagno, the Prosecco hills and their secret views are a strong emotional experience. You‘ll breath the Venetian discrete dominance and the brilliant touch of the spirit of the ideally closest province of the Serenissima.

Chiara planned an excellent trip for us. She kept us up-to-date and was there to answer any questions we might have. We went to Rome, Florence, Pisa, Tuscan wineries, and Venice.
She booked us with great tour guides who allowed us the flexibility to see what we wanted to see at each stop. I do not have any complaints from the trip (except that it was super hot in Italy, Asolando cannot control that).
Chiara won't let you down with your visit to Italy. I would highly recommend her to any of my friends and families.

We had a private tour with Chiara, to a beautiful winery in the Valpolicella region. Everything was superb! Our guide was exceptionally knowledgeable, fun and polite. Would highly recommend!

I'm writing this review as I pack up on my last night in Italy.
I just wanted to say that we had an amazing time! I went with my family and we worked with Chiara to put our itinerary together. We basically gave her loose guidelines on where and when we wanted to go and she sent us back a pretty great agenda. We worked a little with her on pricing to get it to where we were budgeting and that was it. She was super responsive, enthusiastic, and she never made us feel bad for trying to be cheap with our travels.
She also checked in with us every day while we were in Italy. SO GREAT and so nice!
Anyway, our itinerary was 3 days in Rome, 3 days in Florence, and 2 days in Venice. Chiara made sure we covered the highlights in each city with PLENTY of free time. She even had us go to a winery tour in Montalcino but that didn't even feel like a money/wine-sell grab. It was so lovely.
All our tours were really nice with great tour guides. We had one hiccup that Chiara and the tour agency worked really hard to resolve and we had a great time.
On our last night (earlier tonight!) we were surprised with a bottle of prosecco. This made our last dinner in Venice even more lovely. I would HIGHLY recommend Asolando and Chiara for any Itay based tours.
