Fabulous experience and wonderful food

We were a group of 8 ranging in age from 30 to 81 and all enjoyed it. We learned to make Chocolate Ravioli stuffed with ricotta and spinach, a delicious ratatouille and tagliatelle as well as almond chocolate biscotti. Our main course was roasted guinea hen with Massimo's special blend of spices. His home is a museum in itself with... More

My wife and I loved this experience. Massimo and Bruno were incredibly welcoming. The whole scene was natural and felt exactly like what we imagined a Tuscan home would be. We watched and helped as Massimo worked magic in the kitchen. Now we know how to make our own pasta. The very high ratings on Trip Advisor are well deserved.... More

We went for the cooking class and back another evening to taste the unforgettable 'bistecca fiorentina'. We had two unforgettable experiences. Massimo and Bruno were not just amazing hosts but also super passionate in sharing their knowledge, experience and useful tips. In the cooking class, we learnt to cook cantuccini, ravioli di ricotta and spinach with pesto sauce and an... More

We spent time learning to cook the Tuscan way with our new friends Massimo, Elena and Margarita. Massimo is the chef who holds classes in his beautiful and unique home. He is assisted by Elena who provides much of the instruction and hands-on teaching. Her daughter interprets as both speak only a little English - which adds to the fun.... More

We took a cooking class with Mossimo while on vacation in Tuscany, it was one of the highlights of our trip. He is a caring and charming host, and very talented cook - we learned several wonderful recipes and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We were searching for a personal, authentic cooking experience, and are so pleased to have found this... More

We had a wonderful time doing this cooking class. Patrizia & Mossimo are fun and very entertaining hosts. We also did learn quite a bit during our one-day class so we have already repeated some of the dishes we prepared numerous times since we returned to the US. As someone else has noted we also enjoyed the frequent wine tasting... More

If you go to Firenze or Pisa and don't do a cooking lesson with Patricia and Massimo you are missing out on one great experience. We (my parents and my wife) stayed for a few days at this agri tourismo and needless to say took a few cooking lessons over my birthday in 2010. I must it was a memorable... More

We arrived in Ponggibonsi not knowing what to expect. We left Patrizia and Massimo with our stomachs full and a deeper love and respect for Tuscan cooking. The landscape...perfect. The food...outstanding. The company...not to be missed. Thank you for teaching us how to cook simple and delicious spinach ravioli, artichoke Giudea, roasted guinea fowl wrapped in proscuitto and tiramisu. Grazie,... More

Patrizia and Massimo are salt of the earth; they're easily two of the most genuine and sincere people I've ever met. This made the experience all the better. The class only consisted of my wife and I (and our 1.5 year-old who tagged along). Thus, it made for a very intimate day in the kitchen. If you're looking for an... More
