A friendly and educational tour of a young winery operated by a sister and brother in the countryside near Palermo. Valentina led us on an eye-opening sensory evaluation of several of their wines, accompanied by a big collection of essential oils which she used to explain the aromas. A friendly old dog and a number of cats kept us company. At the end, each visitor got to fill a 500 ml bottle with white wine directly from the aging tank, then corked it and labeled it to take home. The price of the souvenir wine is included with the tour. (Book tours in advance on the website. The driveway to the winery comes up very suddenly after a bend on SS119, so be ready for it.)

On our roadtrip to Sicily we also had time for wine testing and we went to Quattrocieli winery and they told us about the production of the artisanal and organic wines of Sicily. We get 3 different wines to test and we also got some nice self made Bruschetta and Antipasti on the side of the tasting. Afterwards we could bottle our own little bottle of white wine. A great experience. Giuseppe and Valentina were superb, friendly and helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit for lunch and wine tasting at this family owned winery. We have visited many wineries but this was such a unique experience- the sensory tasting really took the time to explore the flavor and smell notes of the wine. The description and accompanying videos of the wine making process were thorough and informative. The food courses were expertly prepared by one of the owners. The baked pasta was unlike anything I have had before and apparently typical of the region. I will crave that pasta years from now when I reminisce.
The icing on the cake was the opportunity to involve my children in bottling and corking and labeling our own small bottles of wine. It was such a cool experience. Come here if you appreciate the passion of winemaking in an intimate setting.

My friend and I took the master class at the winery and were greeted right away by Giuseppe and Valentina. The tour was information packed and was very thorough. And the food and wine pairings! We couldn’t finish the generous portions of food. Amazing experience

Super hospitable owner explaning the making of their wines while tasting. It's a young company, wit only 5 years but making some descent Nero d'Avola and a splendid rose with shirah. Well done, this is really a 5 star experience.

Based on the +ve reviews and looking for a wine-tasting opportunity for this part of Sicily, we booked the tasting online using Quattrocieli's website. We received an immediate response, and met with Valentina to experience a unique winery visit. I won't spoil the experience by giving any clues, but there is a surprise ending....no peeking at other reviews.

This was an amazing experience. My husband and I wanted to go see some wineries, but didn’t want the crowds. Also, we didn’t want to go all the way to Marsala for the tour. So we came across Quattriociel and since their communication through facebook was excellent, we decided to visit them.
The owners are super welcoming and they are very knowledgable in their field. They showed us around and could show us the videos of how the wine is made, which helps to understand it better. You get to taste all their wines and decide on the one you like the best. Then you get to fill your bottle, cap it, mark it and bring it home. Perfect ending for a great tour. We spend there an hour and it was definitely worth it.
If you want an individualized approach and avoid the crowds, then this is for you. And the view from the winery is superb.

Delicious wines, charming staff, and innovative methods to help you understand the complex flavours of the wine. We were also given delicious food. Look out for the gorgeous cats and cuddly dog that hang out at the winery.

Run by a young sister and brother team, this modern winery tour is a little different. We enjoyed tasting 3 wines and seeing the production. The “little job” at the end was a first. We filled a wine bottle with our favorite wine, and then corked and labeled it. Highly recommended. A bargain at this price.
