This tour allows you to admire the natural beauties of Puglia riding an assisted pedal bike with little effort and lots of fun. Discover what nature has to offer: a wonderful countryside full of colors and scents. You will cross a unique landscape like that of the Trulli of Alberobello and you will arrive in the cellar with a guided tour of the vineyards, visit of the traditional 18th century farm with an explanation of the vinification and final tasting phases. The real and unique Puglia starts here.

The most gorgeous retreat in an authentic setting and peaceful surroundings, beautifully designed rooms and common spaces with a personal touch, yoga classes deeply rooted in the essence of the practice, amazing plant-based superfood and a wonderful sense of connection between guests and staff. Enjoy a holistic massage/treatment, join one of the many workshops on offer (dance, chanting, raw food & nutrition), grab one of the bikes and explore the area or take a trip to the beach or nearby towns. Alternatively chill at the pool, read a book and just enjoy doing nothing. For me it was a much needed break away from my routine and hectic lifestyle...a chance to connect with myself, others and nature. EXACTLY what I was looking for! I am back home feeling happy, nourished and re-energized! Thank you Kaliyoga for a lovely week! I will come again ;-)

The location and accommodation alone are so lovely. But, the warmth and amazing team at Kaliyoga made the retreat an experience of a lifetime. From the most amazing food (I am not vegan but could be if I had such a talented chef cooking meals 3x a day) to loving and gentle yoga instruction by the gifted Tashi, it was beyond words. Go there to restore, to relax, to take a deep breath. You deserve to give that to yourself. I went alone, but the group of people that were there with me really made it special as well. I must also mention the lovely massage treatments offered (extra charge) were some of the best I have ever had.

Dear Jessica Thank you very much for your lovely kind words. We are thrilled that you enjoyed your retreat so much, as well the food and treatments. You sum up beautifully what we try to give each of our guests - a restorative, relaxing experience. It would be lovely to welcome you back to our home in Italy again - or do come and see us in Spain . Best wishes The Kaliyoga Team

Located in a masseria, or Italian farmhouse, with the hallmark trulli of the region, the setting is beautiful. Twice daily sessions of yoga and meditation were led by Tashi our teacher who guided us through the process. As other reviews indicate it is possible to be a complete novice although experienced yoga practitioneres will find it just as nourishing. During the week there are opportunities to visit the area on bicycles, spend one day at the beach, walk Tommy the lovely dog or relax by the pool or in the hot tub. Bring your cameras and be prepared for warmhearted fun and new friendship.

My daughter and I did this retreat as complete novices. Everything about it was lovely - the location, the accommodation, the food, the yoga and above all the atmosphere of absolute tranquillity. The team could not have been more friendly and helpful, advance communications were excellent and nothing was too much trouble while we were there. Tashi was truly inspiring and quite happy to accommodate our lack of experience. We will definitely go back.
