We tasted their oils and decided to have it shipped to our home in The Netherlands: no issue with arranging shippment (~20euros for 10kg which is 7-8 bottles).
Amazing oils and 4 different types depending on menu/taste :).
We were there with two toddlers, and staff was extremely patient and entertaining them while we were doing the tasting :)

Can’t praise this experience enough. My husband unfortunately wasn’t able to join me on this trip and it took me an hour afterwards to share with him everything I’d learned about olive oil: how to care for the trees; the process of creating oil, the types of oil, acidity, why there are different colours of olives, health benefits, how to use the oil and what not to do with the oil, how to store it, how to determine a quality oil, what the DOP designation is, how to ensure you buy olive oil that is both made from Italian olives and bottled in Italy... The tastings were fun and informative. Excellent price for such a great experience -only €7!! Wonderful selection of products to buy, including travel sizes of products. I think everyone in our session walked out with purchases. Excellent olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

What a wonderful and unexpected tour through the life and process of making olive oil. We were greeted by the owner Vincenzo who led our private tour with our family. It was very informative and opened our eyes and hearts to understanding the process, selection, and use of olive oil with a whole new perspective. He really engaged our entire family including our children ages 6, 11, 15. Prior to the tour my son asked what could really be so exciting about an olive oil tour? After the tour he said "you know, that was really interesting and I enjoyed it!" If visiting the Puglia region, I highly recommend!

This was one of our trip to Puglia highlights. The tour was so enjoyable and deductive.
Vincenzo gave as a very deep and knowledgeable presentation of olive oil production, kinds and sorts of olives and oil, traditions and results of hard work. We learned to taste olive oil and understand the differences. Instead of planed one hour we spent more then two hours at L'Acropoli di Puglia thanks to Vincenzo's kindness and wish to tribute his knowledge.
Grazie tanto, Vincenzo!

Great tour, learnt a lot about olive oil (including how to tell the good stuff from the bad, health benefits + how to farm the olive trees), plus the tastings were super interesting and delicious. They also had a good COVID protection system in place so felt safe throughout the tour. On top of this the host gave us some great tips for restaurants around the local area. Great tour all up - thanks!

We walked in random yesterday for a tasting and left with a 40kg order of oil and wine to the netherlands.

Great olive oil, mosto, tapenade and wine tasting by the owner who speaks fluent english! You learn about the proces, tasting good oil and the benefits of it. Definitely a must visit in Martina Franca.

I love making Italian food and have been struggling to find a great olive oil. Actually, I needed two, one for cooking, and one for dipping. Anyway, I found L'Acropoli di Puglia thanks to Trip Advisor. We were in Brindisi for only one day on a cruise. Rather than do a packaged shore excursion, we rented a car and booked our own appointments. I sent an email to make a reservation and Vincenzo replied right away to confirm. Then, I had to change the time, no problem, Vincenzo was very accommodating and friendly and gave great directions to get there.
We met another couple on board the ship who thought our plan was good so we invited them to come with. I emailed Vincenzo we have two more, no problem. He is prompt and professional in his replies. His English is fantastic. much better than my Italian. :)
Then, we were late because the rental car counter line moved slower than anything I had ever seen. He was still sweet. He gave the four of us a great tour and tasting in English and explained the process of making olive oil. it was really interesting. My husband was fascinated by the process and is still telling everyone he now knows what extra virgin olive oil means.
Vincenzo's passion for making excellent olive oil is evident. He taught us how to taste, which is harder than it sounds but we all got it. They sell the olive oil in the US, which is one reason I wanted to try it. I bought 2 tins there but when they run out, I can easily get a replacement. The tins made it home on the airplane no problem.
Vincenzo also taught us how to cook with it! I have already made two sauces since our return two weeks ago. I used to use a bunch of herbs to make a dipping sauce but now we just use their "Amabile" to dip bread in and it is fabulous.
I thought their prices were extremely reasonable given that I have spent 4X the price for ¼ of the quantity for a far inferior bottle. This was such a highlight for us and we all enjoyed our visit with Vincenzo. He was entertaining, and funny, and very friendly. I highly recommend a visit. And I highly recommend their "Florido" for all-purpose cooking. It's very nice. Their Amiable is sublime on it's own. They have others to try as well depending on your taste and your use. We tried four olive oils in total, and 2 balsamic vinegars, and they have a white and red wine as well. We bought a bottle of their red wine, which was quite nice. We had just bought balsamic elsewhere or we would have gotten theirs. Everything was very high quality. They also have cosmetic products that I wish I had spent more time on but we were running late.
Just go! You won't regret it and your palate will thank you!

It's not easy to start to talk about L'Acropoli di Puglia. Why? Because I wouldn't have enough words to describe my feelings and impression after visiting L'Acropoli di Puglia. This place is so impressive, magnificent, attractive with it's unique and different taste of olive oil and absolutely amazing wine. I was amazed by people that works in L'Acropoli di Puglia. As soon as you walk in- you will be met by the nicest and most pleasure people, you will feel how much hard work, love and passion Lucarella's family gives to this place.
My biggest thank you to Vincenzo of amazing and unforgettable tour, your hospitality, the most delicious olive oil and wine tasting. Thank you for the opportunity to touch of olive oil making traditions that you are so passionate about and thank you for the warmest memories about L'Acropoli di Puglia that I brought back home with me.

The biggest hug to all your family.

Grazie mille alla famiglia di Lucarella per il inkantenvuele posto e bella giornata

I was given the tour of the production facility and watch the process of producing the oil and even allowed to taste some of the variety.
I thoroughly enjoyed my time with L'Acropoli and when I finished, I bought 1 of each variety of their oil and have enjoyed each with a variety of foods.
I was happy when I returned to the US and my oil was intact and I still love it today with all my foods.

We visited L'Acropoli di Puglia while staying in Martina Franca in Feb 2015. Vincenzo, the owner, treated us to a private informal tour and video showing the process of making his wonderful cold pressed extra virgin olive oil. It was a fascinating experience from hearing first hand about the age-old process, handed down over the years from generation to generation, to seeing the beautiful old machinery and huge grinding stones, the underground storage vault, to tasting the delicious
end product. Another wonderful Puglian experience - not to be missed.
Grazie Vincenzo.. Multo Bene!
