This is a great experience if you are interested in cheese. It is not a cheese producer but a cheese bank, they buy cheeses from all over Italy and store/ripen them. You pay 30 euros for a tour of the cellars in English and taste a little afterwards with a glass of wine. The cheeses you can buy in the shop are not the cheapest, but unique and some you won't find in Denmark. We thank you for the experience.

A really great welcome! And lots of cheese choices. We stopped at Italian cheeses of course, including "erboricao" (I hope I'm not mistaken): a surprising cheese similar to blue but topped with chocolate and dried fruits... a nice surprise! Good products and such a welcome, we can only recommend and... it's not just cheese: bread, wine, pasta, specialties in jars...

We did the tour of Luigi Guffanti cheese cave. For 25 euros/pp they give you a 45-60 min tour of their caves, explaining how different cheeses are stored, preserved and flavored. It was very interesting. At the end of the tour they give you samples of 5 different cheeses and a glass of wine. Since we love cheese, we enjoyed learning about the aging process for the different types of cheeses.

We couldn't get into the caves, cause we arrived at 6p.m. and even the shop was closed, but they let us in and even prepared a selection of different cheese, quickly describing all of them. Definitely try the smoked ricotta!

We originally booked a cheesetour for five but as plans did not work out we ended up being only three. This was not a problem and we did not hear a word about this.
Great tour of their cheese cave and loads of information along the way.

We ended with a nice variety of cheese for tasting and there was more cheese then we managed to eat even for a cheese lover like myself!

Fantastic and I would highly recommend this place.

Andrea was an excellent guide. The cheese factory was fascinating and very enjoyable. We learned a lot and finished the tour with a tasty selection plus wine and water. Very good value at 25€ each. Shop was very good too- lots to choose from. Highly recommended if you like cheese!

We (4 cheese heads from the Netherlands) found these cheese experts on tripadvisor. This was the most informative tasting experience we ever had. Walter gave us the tour, he was an excellent tour guide with a lot of passion for cheese. Must do!

We had a wonderful and educational experience here. They are true geese purveyors, and we learned a lot about everything to do with cheese.

In addition, we had a lovely tasting with wine afterwards, and the shop itself sold us some wonderful cheese to take with us.

Amazing experience. We had a good bit of time and they were more than happy to show us all they've got. A fantastic journey through the cheese caves with history and technique behind each. Then a tasting menu. We purchased quite a bit and now we're set for several wonderful lunches. The prices were incredibly reasonable for the quality. I will return on any visit I make to the area.
