If you spend any time in the heart of Provence, you will surely notice the colorful posters with aperitifs and digestives around the bars and cafés. Provence makes use of her bounty in many ways and these drinks are no exception!
The staff here is exceptionally well-informed and can take you on a tour of Provence thru your tastings. These liqueurs are intense flavors meant to tempt you into lunch or dinner, or calm your system after a flavor overload. Stop, taste, enjoy like a local.
