Overview
More
Of the many great houses and wine estates in the Pézenas area, few can match the charms of the Seigneurie de Peyrat. Today, the estate covers 200 hectares, with 120 hectares of vines, olive trees and guarrigues.Famous grape varieties such as syrah, grenache, carignan, merlot, cabernet, cinsault and pinot noir for the red wines, sauvignon, viognier, colombard, vermentino, chardonnay for the white ones have been selected and are blooming on this fabulous terroir (clay and limestone / villafranchien soils). Respecting environment and searching for high quality; this is our daily guideline. You will be welcom here to visit our castle, its chapel and also our cellar. (on appointment)If you want to buy or taste our wines, the cellar is open from tuesday to saturday 10.00 to 12.30 and from 14.30 to 18.30.

This is the second time we have had the picnic with the wine tasting. Staff are fantastic here and their prestige Rose was less than half price - what a bonus! Well worth a visit for the true France.

Highly recommendable - you feel really cared for by the owner and her family. Delicate wines served with a variety of small dishes in perfect harmony.
