Great tour. Our guide explained whole tea process clearly and was also passionated about it. Would recommend to everyone! Only annoying thing here was some ignorant tourists who didn't follow the rules like no smoking in the area or take pictures inside factory.

Great tour explaining with good English the tea process and with a tasting at the end. Production wasn’t on the day we visited but there was still lots going on and the tour is still very much worth it

There were 40 (I counted) people in our tour group. The guide was nice but spoke with a very heavy accent and we could only make out about 20% of what he was saying. But that didn’t matter as when we were at the back...More

The tea factory is open from 8-5pm but not sure if there is a cut off time for tours. Sunday there is no tea production so i would not bother visiting, but i believe it is not even open on Sundays
