This is a replica of famous Vaishno Devi Temple of Jammu dedicated to Goddess Parvati. This is a very unique temple where one has to climb many floors and actually pass through a narrow man made tunnel to get darshan of Maa Vaishno Devi. One can also see replicas of 12 jyotiralingas of Mahadev here. Worth a visit for its uniqueness.

This temple gave a little experience of the Vaisno Devi temple in Jammu...there are dark caves inside the temple...not very comfortable for elderly people with knee problems or small kids....very dark patches to cross...need to mention toilets are very dirty poorly maintained..

En route to Bharat Mata Mandir, your attention will surely be caught by the 8 storey Vaishno Devi Mandir. This temple is modeled after the ancient Vaishno Devi shrine in Jammu & Kashmir.

Apart from replicating the narrow tunnel form the original one, this temple also houses 12 jyotirlings (Lord Shiva).

I admire the vision of who conceived the idea to build this temple as anyone who cannot, due to any reason – physical, financial, time and others, afford to travel to all the temples, can have at least a glimpse here.

The excitement related to the original temples is driven by faith, weather, facilities and overall feel about reaching the destination and performing related activities, sight-seeing etc. So I believe that comparing this Vaishno Maa temple with the Vaishno Devi shrine in J & K is not worth.

I Probably visited this hilly temple located at about 5300 feet in year 1994-95.
To be frank, i say i will never ever forget this place and the tour in entire life.. Such a best experience, which no one should ever miss..
when i visited this place, i faced snow falls, Which i have never seen in my life before..

Never miss Vaishno Devi Temple and the hilly experience in your life ever..

A journey of total 2 days, 35 kms walking, climbing some 1000 or even more stairs and finally going to Bhawan to jst hav a glimpse of Maa Vaishno Devi was exhilarating. Jus reach 2 Jammu nd den u'll hav ample of means of reaching Katra(d place frm where d yatra begins)

U cn also use d helicopter service provided by shrine board. Its quite efficient as well as fits in a common man's budget..

Hardwar is Dharmanagari. There are many temples between Hardwar and Rishikesh and in the surrounding places. My wife and I desired to visit the places and opted to hire a man driven rickshaw. ‘India Temple’, Ashram, Mangal Kalash, Bharat Mata Mandir, Sapta Rishi Ashram, Shanti Kung, etc. are the places. Entry in Shanti Kung is restricted. Visitors are required to ‘Address proof’ and ‘Photo Identity’. We visited the places on 8th March 2016. In few places nominal entry fee were charged. Separate tickets had to be purchased for using camera and camcorder. However, in our opinion these places are worth seeing and a day can be allocated for the visit. At Sapt Rishi the Holy Ganga divides herself into seven small streams. This place is known as the Sapt Rishi and provides a very pleasing sight. People, who cannot go to Vaishno Devi temple at the elevation in Uttara Khand, can derive some satisfaction visiting temples in Haridwar. We completed the day long tour in man-driven rickshaw. Few photos are attached snapped.

They tried to creat a feel of Vaishno Devi temple in Katra, but really there is no need to do so. Not very much actually like Vaishno Devi, except for the cave path to enter the temple.
