The most romantic place in Zanzibar amazing beach with the best hotels on the island. If you are searching for a high-end vacation than Nungwi and Kendwa are the best beaches on the island. Plus they aren’t affected of the tide.

I recommend arranging a visit to Stone Town and perhaps also a Spice Farm visit on the way back. The beaches are amazing and we really enjoyed walking up and down each day (putting the stranded star fish back in the water at low tide :-)). As others have said, either snorkelling or even diving is easily arranged. A lot depends on how long you are there for and what kind of holiday you want.
