Excellent Service at a great price

Excellent service. They were so kind and gave us information about where we were travelling and importantly, the prices were better than Yello taxi.

Case in point:
Going to Backcountry Saddle Expeditions with Yello Taxi would be expensive at $75 one way, but we took WANA-TAXI instead since it was much cheaper, I believe it was $50 one way. WANA-TAXI phone number is 0800 WANATAXI

Kareem is a dream

My friends and I spent a few nights in Wanaka on a recent trip in New Zealand and our hotel called Wana Taxi to pick us up one night to go to dinner. Kareem was our driver and was one of our favorite people we met our entire trip. Not only was he extremely friendly and careful while driving, he gave us local tips and genuinely wanted us to have a great time in the area. We ended up booking Wana Taxi for a wine region tour as well and had the best time! Would highly recommend using them (and asking for Kareem especially!) when visiting Wanaka.

A lovely cab ride in Wanaka!

Rarely do we review taxi services however in Wanaka we experienced a lovely cab owner who’s very pleasant, efficient and building his business with each ride he offers.

The owner had wonderful stories about his background and how he arrived in Wanaka. Although we’d taken other cabs twice before to the same place, his prices were $2 less each way for the same service. His car is clean, smells pleasant and as noted, he goes out of his way to be pleasant and make his riders feel welcome and happy upon their arrival to the destination. Thank you!

Easy and Affordable

After trying the other taxi numbers and getting either a long wait or a really expensive fare, I discovered Wana Taxi. Really friendly staff and a price before you set off. Comfortable vans also.

Lovely people! Used these guys for transport all week. Great service, reliable, friendly and good value for money. Couldn't do enough for us and went the extra mile. Will be using them again next time for sure.

Man, this is amazing!!!!

Best taxi company. I went with Yello with my friends the other night, worst time ever, then went with Wanataxi, nice driver, clean taxi, just plane amazing. WOW.

I'm definitely a new fan!!!

Wana Taxi - You got It!

Great way to get around in a town without Uber support! They came when you called and waited! They even brought a puppy! Not much more tp say but user them!
