We spent the night in Woomera barracks. Accommodation is very basic but ok for overnight. Worth the visit it is only recently the public has been given access to Woomera.

I spent some time looking over the outdoor exhibits of the museum. Although some were in poor condition the display gave an insight into the previous role of Woomera.

Planned to stop a Woomera on our North. Great reminder of an important period in recent history and Australias contribution to it. Lady in the museum was happy to help explain things. It is easy to spend an hour or two in Woomera.
