- Kelly M1 contributionRide-sharing app service is lacking.Incredible beaches. But I have a complaint about the transport number for transferring from one beach to another. I've been trying to call "uber/99" for almost an hour and it simply doesn't work. And when they accept, they cancel right away. So for those of you who want to come alone without a car, know that you will be limited to the beach you are staying at and its surroundings. Because, no matter how much you choose to walk to the desired beaches, some are very far away, making it unfeasible as it is very tiring, especially on the way back after being tired from swimming in the sea. Example: Praia de Quatro Ilhas to Mariscal and Bombas.Visited February 2024Traveled soloWritten February 18, 2024
- Andre M2 contributionsViruses and TrafficThe beach is nice, so is the city. But what kills is the traffic to get to and from the city. Minimum 2 hours to leave or enter. Another thing is a virus, my whole family and I got it, even just drinking mineral water and being careful with our diet.Visited February 2024Traveled with familyWritten February 27, 2024
- Roam631161041803 contributionsBombinhas BeachesI recommend going in December, we went on the 17th and came back on the 23rd, we had difficulties getting back, at Christmas it's full of people! (and obviously the beaches are more polluted) For those who like surfing, 4 Ilhas beach is not a good option, as the The waves are not strong! Lagoinha beach is very beautiful, you can see a lot of fish in certain parts, but for those looking for a family trip, Sepultura beach is better (Lagoinha beach has a lot of rocks!!!)Visited December 2023Traveled with familyWritten March 19, 2024
- Enviartorpedo1 contributionBombinhas BeachBombinhas has an incredible beach and natural beauty is everywhere. In addition to the beach, there's a trail that leads to the top of the hill (at the end of the beach) and offers an amazing view. I recommend traveling during the low season, as the streets are narrow and the traffic can result in long queues. Moreover, during the high season, prices are much higher than usual, especially accommodation.Visited October 2023Traveled with familyWritten May 7, 2024
- DSingermannBombinhas, SC491 contributionsBombinhas in winter. There is a lot of talk about Bombinhas in summer but little about what to do in winter. In winter it is much cheaper to stay, there are no people, no lines to eat, shop or enter and leave the city. Although it is not summer, there are days that allow you to enter the sea. For example, last Monday 5/20/24 we had a 20 degree sunny day with no clouds and we were able to go into the sea, which although it is not as warm as summer, is more pleasant than the Mar del Plata in January. Coming in winter as a couple and renting with an ocean view is super romantic. In addition to that you can do all this: Trilhas or hiking: you have several very nice circuits such as Morro do Macaco, Da Tainha, Costeira de Zimbros, Trilha da Sepultura, Retiro Dos Pais, and Galheta. You can witness and collaborate in the traditional Tainha fishing. You can observe the southern right whale that passes through here from June to August and the penguins that follow it. During those months you can see a large number of sea turtles before they go to Mexico to lay their eggs. You can do diving. Boat, kayak or canoe trip Visit museums such as Engenho do Sertão or Mininho. Enjoy local cuisine without long lines Enjoy the sunrise or sunset either in Canto Grande or Morro do Macaco. You can escape to Beto Carreiro. Or relax on the beach that preserves all its beauty.Visited March 2024Traveled with familyWritten May 23, 2024
- braian s2 contributionsBeautiful. It is beautiful Bombinhas, although the main beach is full, the water is crystal clear with blue and warm hue, little or no waves, perhaps the best of all Bombinhas. If you don’t like people it’s not your place, if you endure it like mine, my wife and a 1-year-old baby, you’ll have an amazing time. The small center, very quiet as many of the people on the beach are only Brazilians who will spend the day and leave. But picturesque downtown.Visited January 2024Traveled with familyWritten October 2, 2024
- Luh RGramado, RS29 contributionsTomb BeachThe beaches are beautiful!! Spectacular, especially the beach of the Grave! The problem is that the human being wants to take care of everything, the extent of sand is small, and VC is left without space, pq is turned in tables and chairs of the restaurants that need to be paid.Visited September 2024Traveled with familyWritten October 4, 2024
- Liliana MRosario, Argentina381 contributionsBeautiful beachThe beach is beautiful almost without waves, to me the water is cold. It has all the services and there are many people. We were not staying in the village we went to spend the day and the truth that the journey through the transit became very long. It is advisable to visit.Visited January 2025Traveled with familyWritten January 7, 2025

We enjoyed exploring Bombas and Bombinhas Beaches. My only regret was that I forgot to bring sunscreen. The two beaches are connected by a boardwalk. We parked at the end of Bombinhas and walked both. The beaches were bustling with families enjoying the fun and sun. It was a great way to spend the day!

Bombinhas is one of the best spots of the south of Brazil for vacations. Clear water, white sand, is the perfect spot to spend some time and rest. It is a little crowded between Dec 20 and Jan 02, but all other beaches are also at this time of the year. Traffic kinda sucks, but if you came here to drive around, just stay home and save your money!

It's one of my favorite places to summer vacations, but it gets overcrowded sometimes and you have to get there early to get the right spot at the beach. People from different countries (mostly Brasil, Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay) share the beach peacefully.

Beyond the beauties of the area that we visit every summer for many years, we have decided that our vacations will take place somewhere other than Bombinhas, Mariscal or Canto Grande.
Just thinking that you have to pay the entrance fee to Bombinhas, time and again that you want to go out to visit other beaches and wasting 2 or 3 hours round trip waiting in very long lines makes you not want to return.
In fact, we have decided for next year to stay on one of the many beaches in Floripa or those along Br 101. It's a shame.
It would be good for the authorities to rethink this measure, which is also extremely dangerous for those of us who have to stop and cross the road. And not to mention the mistreatment of the people who work there.

Greed associated with stupidity caused one of the most beautiful beaches in Brazil to become unsuitable for swimming.
It is unlikely that you will visit this beach in high season and not get sick. I don't recommend taking small children as they will be very uncomfortable.

Gorgeous beaches, however, there’s a chronic sanitary problem in the summer when untreated sewage is dumped into the sea. This has been going on for decades, and no one seems to be able to fix it. I’ve been to Bombinhas in the summer for many years and every single time everyone in the family gets sick for 3-4 days. Hopefully it’s safer when it’s not too crowded (Dec to Feb).

Praia do Canto looks dirty with sewage. My daughter was vomiting for the second day and others who were sick. Also. On the beach a child vomited in front of us for days feeling sick and other personal reports on the sand talking about acquaintances who also felt sick after swimming in the sea

Beautiful place, beautiful beaches, but I wouldn't go again in high season. Too many people, traffic is impossible. To make a few blocks there are delays of up to 50 minutes. Lots of people, which means there is little space on the beaches. This year (I don't know before) it continually smells like sewer everywhere. We also all got sick (only one day each) no matter how much we drank water from a bottle.

So-so beach, they talk a lot about firecrackers, but there's no big deal, the truth is that the beaches of Balneário Camboriú are so bad, even so bad that firecrackers stand out.
Now who says that bombinhas is an excellent beach, that the waters are crystal clear, that it is a paradise... and why not yet?
They visited good beaches such as Maragogi, Porto de Galinhas, Arraial do Cabo….
I do not recommend

I agree it is a beautiful place. The beach has clean, clear water. Also, there are many options of nice restaurants and bars. However, when it comes to what the goverment should provide, there is trouble. The traffic is awful. It may take you over two hours to drive from the highway to the beach, through a local road ( about 20 km). Also, we had no running water for three days because there was a problem with the water distribution. I certainly will think twice before returning to Bombinhas, despite the beauty of the place. avoid high season at any cost. You may have a very different impression of the place!!!!

Boa tarde, tudo bem?
