Went there with a snorkel group. Lots of fish to see and a little bit of coral. Get there earlier before other groups come in to see the most fish.

We had so much fun visiting this remote island. Clear waters, great for swimming, lots of fun! Great for family day trips, even saw some folks grilling out there!

We took a Catamaran and Snorkeling Tour with this outfitter. It was a great time. The Boat and crew were very nice. Our first stop was snorkeling followed by a buffet lunch and then finally we went to the island to relax and swim.

You can take a private boat, water taxi, or big catamaran to visit this island. Must bring all your own items with you, but a beautiful place to spend the day.

Had a fun time. The boat ride there was fun and relaxing. We snorkeled and tanned while enjoying some cocktails. Beautiful place to take pictures. Bring your camera.

Beautiful beach, easy day trip by many catamaran tours offered. Pictures don't show all the gorgeous colors of the water, it is the most magnificent I have ever seen. Must visit if you can! Bring towels and sunscreen, and lunch too! (Most tours offer lunch)

Seriously is one of the most beaches I've ever seen. The water was crystal clear and never too deep. Great for children and families.

How is the shore snorkling, or is it better to reach the best snorkling by boat. Is there any bathrooms?

Snorkeling is decent by the rocks to the right of the island. There are no bathrooms or anything else on the island. Bring chairs, umbrella and sun block. Enjoy!
Where do you go to find the water taxi's in Fajardo area? Best to just show up in area day of and find one for the day?

You can just show up at Las Croabas and ask for a Captain. There is a minimum fee but not sure how much that minimum fee is. We paid about 30.00 a head.

Yes there ir. Below are 2 of them that offer the tour (Catamaran) and for an additional fee they will pick you up in San Juan. Search Eastilandpr or Travelerpr and you'll find the info. Both are safe and worth the trip.
