I believe I initially contacted Fajardo Taxi using the chat feature on their website. Ray texted me back with the quote I requested within a few minutes and that was all it took to schedule my ride. We spoke/texted a couple of times during the days leading up to the ride to confirm that my plans had not changed, then Ray showed up a few minutes early in an immaculately kept vehicle. He got me to the airport with no problems and the original quote was exactly what I paid (plus a tip, naturally). Fajardo Taxi will definitely be my first call for transportation the next time I visit Puerto Rico.

We were booking the trip from SJU airport to Ceiba with Ray. He was very quick to make the arrangement for us. Unfortunately, we had a change of plan and had to cancel the reservation. He is very helpful in reimbursing our payment without any hesitation. Very smooth process overall -- obviously we will definitely call him for our next trip if we need transportation again.

Once again Ray delivered great service for our transportation from Fajardo to San Juan airport. He was easy to reach to schedule, arrived as promised, and took us in his comfortable air-conditioned van to the airport. Since I was anxious about missing flight, he went above and beyond to keep me posted on his progress to my pickup location. He’s also provided great transport service to my brother for years. As an added bonus, he speaks fluent English and Spanish so no issue with communication.
So nice having someone I can count on when I need transport in PR!

If you ever go to PR, do yourself a favor and never use this taxi service. He is rude, irresponsible and a danger. To start he had told me the ride was $60, for a 20 minute ride, which I thought was reasonable, but because of traffic, due to an accident that I obviously had no control over, he became irate and argumentative because he said the ride would now cost me double due to the time it took. He refused to give me my luggage unless I paid him the $120 that he said was the new price. His driving was reckless he almost caused an accident, which was very frightening since I had my two young children with me. As he was yelling at me and throwing out insults, thinking that I didn’t speak Spanish, his breath smelled of alcohol and his eyes were bloodshot, which I didn’t notice when I got in the taxi due to him wearing sunglasses. At that point for the safety of my children and I, I just paid the money and got away as soon as I could. I have also reported him to the taxi commission because this man should not be allowed behind the wheel of a vehicle let alone driving customers.

Our experience with Ray was amazing. He made communication simple (mostly text), he was on time and reliable, the vehicles were clean / well maintained and his prices were very reasonable. In addition, he was available nearly on demand when we had some changes to plans and was able to make some great local recommendations. If you are going to Fajardo or PR - call Ray!

Outstanding service. We had difficulty finding a ride. When I reached Ray he said he’d head to the ferry right away and he was waiting when we docked. His mini van is spacious and clean, and he expertly navigated the island. A true professional.

Ray is awesome. Super helpful and flexible With picking us up. If he can do it he will do it. He requests payment up front via a link. He is so worth the upfront payment. He was be far the best ride we had while In Puerto Rico. Ray is easy to talk to and great about communicating leading up to the ride. Our flight was delayed and he was able to adjust for our convenience even after the initial arrangements were made. When we come back we will have sr him for all of our transportation needs.

We didn't properly prepare for the difference in car availability (no uber), but Ray helped us out. Very nice guy, clean van (for families) and gave us suggestions on things to do in the area.

The driver reached out to confirm the day before and let me change my time so that we wouldn’t have to wait around after the ferry. The van was pretty new and in good condition. Overall it was a very good experience.
