We had a great kayaking adventure! Granted it was a full moon and we couldn't see any bioluminescence, but it was still beautiful and a great experience. We got caught up in a little bit of a current, which was hard to maneuver through and other groups had no lights on their boats making it hard to see them. I... More

This was, by far, the best part of our trip! The staff was knowledgeable, courteous and funny! I've never kayaked before and I fell in love! Once you get into the bio bay they spend more time than the other tour groups explaining the bio bay and even take you around Bird Island and show you some local birds! The... More

We enjoyed the adventure of night kyaking on the bioluminescent bay. It was adventurous, beautiful, humorous (watching friends struggle with kayaks) and the trip was organized. With several tour companies in the area, we appreciated Eco Tours organization, professionalism and the snack at the end of the trip. The best feature was the colored light on the life jackets which... More

I must say this is the best company to choose if your interested in the bio bay kayaking experience. They are very professional and they really care about giving the client he best experience possible. They spend the most time going over safety and the what to do's. Totally worth every penny! There are so many vendors to choose from... More

This company is extremely well run. They are very Eco conscious as well as customer conscious. They make sure you feel secure and that you know everything you could want before the start. They also supply eco friendly bug spray, snacks, and photos for free! There are many other companies that go out at the same time, but it is... More

Staff is great and cares about safety of the guests. 1st time kayaking; crew did great teaching us the basics. Don't bring any cameras cause it's too dark to take pictures or video. Bioluminescence was not very active but still had a great time kayaking. The other kayak tours didn't have any safety lighting on the kayaks which made them... More

We are still on a natural high from this experience. Our family of 5, with children of 12, 10, and 7, arrived after a full day of driving/hiking through El Yunque Rainforest on our own. For the kayaking tour, my biggest concern was safety, given that the kayaks are for 2 people. Our youngest was small enough to sit in... More

I am so glad we chose this company. I picked them because they were upfront about the recent drop in bioluminesence and they seemed to really care about the environment, safety, and education. They did not disappoint at all! I learned so much on this trip and even though we did see some bioluminesence - about 60% according to our... More

Great time, good travel arrangements, great attention from the group personnel. Our stay was arranged by hotel personnel a year in advance and gave us an easy payment plan.

We had hoped to tour the Bioluminescent bay and had found Enchanted Island to be the best reviewed of the providers for this. Throughout the booking process the folks on the phone were up-front about the fact that conditions at the bay had been poor for viewing and let us know that they were booking any tours as "twilight kayak...
