I booked our excursions for 6 persons on an online discount site (Gustazos). I had no idea what to expect, so we went with an open mind. When we all arrived at Bengal Beach, we were greeted by friendly staff members who fitted us with helmets and Life jackets. We were then asked to sit in tubes to test how comfortable we were or if our butss touched the ground (it was explained that the river was rocky therefore we asked to ensure that our butts did not touch the ground). We had to then carry our tubes through a bush trail (this we did complaining and laughing), the trail ended at an exquisite falls, which after leaving our tubes at a stop we all entered the falls and surrounding pool. Next we left the falls to hoist our tubes un the river, each person was instructed to hold on to the tube nearest to them. This was a FANTASTIC experience. After tubing we were told it was rafting next. This we did in a plastic raft and each person was given a paddle!!!. We all had to paddle down the river. The river was roaring and fast moving for the tubing but, placid and calm for the rafting, the was wonderful. We ended at a beach were we had (bought) patties and juices our 2 guides were wonderful and the experiences was most memorable. Going back again in the future.…

I would recommend this to anybody. It was an awesome experience. Definitely 10/10. The process was really smooth. From registration to the activities. Our tour guide Reanoy Thompson was wonderful. He was very informative. He answers all the questions that we had and he made us feel comfortable enough to trust him with our lives down that river. Big up yuhself Reanoy. It was an awesome experience. The road leading to the start of the venue needs to be paved or flattened, its a bit rocky. I would have preferred to have parked where the tour ended and be shuttled to begin the course, instead it was the opposite so in order to enjoy the beach we had to go back for the vehicle with our food and belongings to get changed and such. Our tour guide Lavin was lovely and such a gentleman. Even gave us suggestions for our picture taking and videos. Especially at the lagoon jump he assured us he was there with a tube to get us to prevent any mishaps. Fun and exhilarating trip…

Didn't know where exactly we were headed after much dialogue before with the rep. if you call ahead ask them to send their Google Map before heading out on that day. We didnt get it before as we drove pass headed to Duncans and had to turn back..smh. As you come off the hill look out for the irrigation pump station on your left hand. Make sure you reach by/before 10 as the amount of vehicles that were behind us..Wow. We were greeted as we pulled into the parking lot by Big Ben great dude, gave us a warm welcome and showed us the changing room and directed us to the gears area. Keimo was my guide and he did an excellent job of representing River Rapids, Rio Bueno. Going across that bridge had me in knots. The trek through the forest was exhilarating inhaling the cool clean crisp air was a joy. Climbing the waterfall climb was a treat in itself, felt much safer in those water shoes. The tubing was fun cruising on the river, i would go back after a rainy day just to experience when the river rises and we were then off to the beach. Lovely spot and the water is shallow that you can go far enough, saw a school of dolphins playing out at sea. The snack counter is just that. It would have been an added plus,if they grilled chicken on the beach as our group was famished after that adventure, do make sure you have sunscreen on. Although we carried light food, if a restaurant operated on the property it would have been much more ideal. Oh well we made use of that jerk center and KFC/Starbucks at Drax Hall.…

Amazing!! This experience was so much fun! Our guide gave us history lessons that we were not aware of. Overall, it should be a bucket list activity for anyone that likes adventure. The river is long, cool and entertaining. Respect to our tour guide Garth.
