Lyndon runs a great operation. He is super knowledgeable, punctual, friendly, and provides a great personalized service. Our family of 4 felt very comfortable with Lyndon, and Ann, showing us the island and providing history, and interesting facts along the way. He was always easy to communicate with, and very accommodating to changes in schedule. He will work with whatever plan you come up with, or will recommend ones based on your group.
If you’re looking for a personal and customized touring plan at a great price from a small local business, as opposed to big tour bus companies, Purpose Driven Tours is definitely where you want to book.

I scheduled with Purpose Driven Tours in advance of our cruise on Royal Caribbean’s Harmony of the Seas. Communicating with Lyndon on WhatsApp was super easy and he was there waiting for us in Falmouth. He provided a customized tour for our family of 5 and we learned a great deal about Jamaica. We had a lot of fun at Dunns River Falls and enjoyed delicious jerked chicken and Red Stripe beer at an authentic Jamaican restaurant. Purpose Driven Tours personalized our tour at a reasonable price (unlike the excursion packages offered through bigger companies).

Using Lyndon for our private transport was easily the best decision we made regarding our recent trip to Jamaica. He was so professional, EXCELLENT communication and very knowledgable. He helped us make other decisions about our trip even before our arrival. He is punctual, his transportation is nice and clean with good working air conditioner. He also went above and beyond fror us, picking up a case of our favorite Jamaican soda to take to the hotel before he picked us up at the airport so we wouldn't have to spend more of our vacation time running errands. His prices are fantastic and we paid the same for a private transport with him as we would have paid for a shared transport that could have made multiple stops at other resorts through our hotel. 100% I recommend Lyndon's Purpose Driven Tours for any of your transportation needs while in the MBJ area. He also offers private tours of different points of interest and we hope to use him for that in the future! He is kind, wise, and just a ray of sunshine!

We strongly recommend Lyndon as your personal guide while visiting Jamaica.
His priority is to offer a great experience to the visitors instead of solely looking for profit. Lyndon also looks after you while you are having fun.
Most importantly, the name of his company PURPOSE, honors his goals in life.
Lyndon is giving back to his community through his job. While you pay Lyndon for his services, indirectly, you are contributing to his community.
Let him share his project with you !!
We need more people like Lyndon to make a better world.

If you have plans to visit the Montego Bay area and need airport transportation and/or a tour guide - LOOK NO FURTHER!
Lyndon with Purpose Driven Tours offers amazing AFFORDABLE service in Montego Bay and beyond. I came across an excellent review on a travel blog and decided to send Lyndon a FB message. He was prompt, courteous and professional and within minutes, my family and I were booked.
Upon arrival he was waiting for us with a kind smile and we were off to our destination. En route, he welcomed us warmly and gave us some impromptu Jamaican history. We also utilized his services for an evening tour to the Luminous Lagoon ( special shout out to Courtney).
Listen, this is who you need to book with - period. You have many options, but if you want to support a local, small business all while getting excellent service, book today. I would not hesitate to utilize Lyndon again and will be sure to share his info with any friends and family traveling to Jamaica.

Let me start by saying that I’ve been to Jamaica over 6 times and I’ve always enjoyed my trip, but never have I ever raved about my tour guide/ transportation experience.
Lyndon was our main driver; he was extremely, insightful,
Helpful, patient with exceptional customer service.
We were able to experience the real Jamaica! He took us to Montego Bay, Santa Ann, Nine Mile, Falmouth’ and Ocho Rios (I’m probably missing a few more places). Dunn’s River was a blast! We arrived there late because we were having a great time at Bob Marley’s mausoleum, but Lyndon was able to get Dunn’s River to stay open Just for us !
When we asked him about local restaurants, he made excellent recommendations. We ended up eating at 3 different local places ranging from a Local jerk chicken place to a local private dinner on the beach (It was $200 cheaper then the resort rate).
He always waited for us, making us feel extremely secured.
Their rates are not bad at all , so make sure you leave a good tip !

We were a group of 10 from the UK and we managed to arrange various tours and transportation with Lyndon before we even left the UK.
Once we arrived in Jamaica we were in touch with Lyndon again to confirm our tours/transport and he was always quick to reply and reassure us.
Lyndon is the nicest man, but more importantly his service is exemplary. His bus is very comfortable and relatively new, his prices are very reasonable (unlike the hotel prices), his timekeeping is precise. Our belongings were always safe on the bus as Lyndon always stayed with them. His knowledge of Jamaica is very good so you get the added extra bits of information that you might not get with a less personalised tour.
If you are from the UK in particular please consider Lyndon's service. You will not be disappointed. We will definitely use Lyndon again when we return to Jamaica in the future.

Lyndon is an extremely knowledgeable owner-operator of Purpose Driven tours. He is kind, and courteous and has an excellent command of the English language.
Excursions, transfers, and sightseeing tours are an amazing experience with him. He is a wealth of knowledge about Jamaica and his tours are not only entertaining but also, educational.
We used his services in October 2022 and would highly recommend his company to any traveler going to Jamaica.
We were a family of four and all of us thoroughly enjoyed our tours with him.
He is also a wonderful and humble human being, always smiling and helpful.

We had the great fortune and pleasure of meeting and befriending Lyndon on our first visit to Jamaica. Right from our initial contact about tour inquiries, I felt confident about Lyndon's commitment & reliability for providing an excellent tour experience and he exceeded our expectations. We started out with a full day private South Coast Tour with Lyndon sharing some delightful music and great narration on Jamaica. We took the Black River Swamp Safari, saw crocodiles and lovely birds & scenery, he then arranged a delicious lunch at a local restaurant before we continued our adventure on to Floyd's
Pelican Bar. Next we toured Appleton Estates and Lyndon kindly treated us to some Patties on our ride back. It was a full day but Lyndon made sure that all our needs were met and we had an excellent introduction to Jamaica.
The next day he promptly picked us up for a tour of Rose Hall and Cinnamon Hill. It was so nice to have his guidance in getting our tickets and checked in for the tours. He also went above and beyond in showing us some local hidden gems. We later went to the Luminous Lagoon and he timed it so that we were able to see the entertainment and were on a less crowded ride. His service is excellent and it is so valuable to have a local independent operator that puts in the time and effort to make your trip extra special.

If there was a way to give 10 stars 🌟 I would. Our customized tour exceeded our expectations while also being safe and affordable. Lyndon went out of his way to show my mom and me the touristy things that we had on our list as well as local gems most tourists would not consider. His love and passion for teaching and Jamaica truly shines through and makes him an excellent guide. I’m already looking forward to my next visit and will definitely use Purpose Driven Tours again!!!

Lyndon is very well educated and a great man with a big heart. We were with my Family and my Parents from France and we asked him to take us for a day tour including a lunch in a real Jamaican restaurant not for tourist. He made our day great, it was very affordable ~$100 and we gave him more for his children...
